Ikia Aretousa: Chic design,modern, new built, near sandy beaches, great location

I come from Chania and I have spent every summer of my life since childhood here while my family lives in the area. I have experienced the worldwide famous Cretan hospitality and I am glad to have the opportunite to offer it to you, to your friends and family. I am available to answer any question or request you may have . I'll be glad to share with you my tips as a local for places to visit, things to do, beaches to enjoy, excursions to do in Crete, places to eat or anything else you might need. I have studied and lived in the UK and in Sweden and I speak aprt from Greek, English, German and a little Swedish

Since I was a kid I used to come to the beaches of Agii Apostoli to play on the sand and swimm at at the clean water. They are just 3 kms from Chania center and being shaped in a bay, protects them from the wind and rough sea. Moreover there are 3 different beaches one after another so we could choose every time a different one. Thus, it is of my great pleasure that I have currently developped a modern property just 5 minutes walk away from these beaches where the guest can enjoy all the modern amenities and still having the feeling of that relaxing beach holiday. The way to the beach through a small street is quick and safe with olive trees and fyg trees at the sides of the road. All of the beaches are sandy so you can either play beach games or relax , lay down and enjoy the sun reading your book and having a drink. Next to the beach there is also a big park where you can walk, run, do sports, or play beach/volley and beach soccer. The location was carefully selected to be close to that amazing beach part of Chania , in a charming neighborhood while still being 10 minutes by car/bus from Chania center

The property has a unique decoration in a rustic yet modern design. We have made our own furniture such as lightings, living room tables, bed side tables by natural wood creating a very charming and cosy in house atmosphere with a sence of local luxury. We have paid attention to detail concerning sleeping material (mattresses, linen, pillows), blinds at the bedrooms and electric shutters at the living room that allow the sun to get in and fill the house but offering full darkness when you shut them down to sleep. The kitchen is full equipped with all the utensils so that you can cook anything you want and enoy it at the stylish dining table. At the same time you can relax at the living room but also at the balcony and savour at the evening your drink at this calm neighbourhood
