Jean-Louis and his wife are delightful and ensured that the apartment was ready for us. The welcome bottle of wine was much appreciated. The apartment is very convenient for the supermarket as well as the beach and the centre being so close. The real delight is the well equipped kitchen, so nice to be accommodated in an apartment that has enough glasses, plates etc for all your needs. Plenty of pans and other kitchen equipment. Ironing board and washing machine very useful. I loved the balcony overlooking the garden. Plenty of space to sit and eat a meal as well as dry swimming stuff. I love the Camargue and Saintes Marie's De La Mer and the apartment Joli Bright lived up to expectations. A big thank you to Jean-Louis and his wife, they care about their guests. Sehr saubere Unterkunft.Gut eingerichtet. Ruhig gelegen.Tolle Terasse. Der Baum vor der Terasse spendet Schatten, versperrt aber auch die Aussicht.Nette Gastgeber. Perfekte Lage zum Meer und zu den Restaurants.

Sehr angenehm

Große, sehr saubete, ruhig gelegene, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Zu Fuss 5 min zum Strand, 5 min in die Stadt. Der Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und aufmerksam und immer erreichbar, obwohl sie nicht im Haus wohnen. Vielen Dank Madame und Monsieur Aicardi

Schön, zentral und doch ruhig, bis auf die Möwen😉

Wirklich schöne Unterkunft, sehr gut bis zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, so z.B. keine Klimaanlage, was in den heissen Monaten für Nordeuropäer vielleicht zu warm werden kann (um aber Mißverständnisse zu vermeiden: Wohnung wird klar ohne Klimaanlage angeboten); alle wesentlichen Plätze schnell zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit Jean-Louis und Claudine hat Dank Google-Translator auch funktioniert, ganz liebe Vermieter.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben einen grandiosen Urlaub in einer sehr sauberen Wohnung verbracht. Top ist auch die Lage des Appartements - sowohl zum Strand als auch zum Supermarkt und in die Stadt sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Vermieter waren zudem absolut freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Idyllische Ferienwohnung

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Saintes Maries de la mer in einem ruhigen Quartier. Das Meer ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter/in die sich gut um unser Wohlsein gekümmert hat. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig und schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Wer eine Ferienwohnung in Saintes Maries de la mer sucht, wird hier fündig. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Joli appartemment très fonctionnel

Nous avons loué cet appartement une semaine au mois d'août, dans le village très agréable des Saintes Maries de la Mer. Il est très bien situé (moins de 10 min à pieds de la plage et du cœur du village), et très fonctionnel (bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine, douche italienne et machine à laver, nombreux placards et une entrée séparée qui permet de stocker le matériel de plage). Comme il est traversant on a pu faire du courant d'air malgré la canicule du moment. C'est spacieux, avec 3 enfants c'était parfait - et la terrasse est agréable et suffisamment ombragée pour y prendre les repas. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, une bouteille de rosé attendait au frigidaire et nous avons même pris un apéro avec eux ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Gute Wahl getroffen.

Optimal gelegene, für 4-5 Personen gut geschnittene Ferienwohnung mit netten, unkomplizierten Vermietern. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und fanden eine gut und praktisch ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem schattigen, ruhigen Balkon vor. Zum Strand, sowie zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch ins Zentrum v. St. Maries de la mer war es jeweils fußläufig. Die Camargue hat uns landschaftlich mit ihren schönen Stränden und der reichhaltigen Tierwelt sehr gut gefallen. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub, hier komm ich gerne nochmal wieder. Die Duschkopfaufhängung könnte optimiert werden und bei uns funktionierte die Waschmaschine nicht, wo sich die Vermieterin sehr bemüht und umgehend drum kümmern wollte. Daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen.

Entspannte Tage in einem angenehmen Ambiente

Eine schön geschnittene, großzügige Wohnung in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, stilvoll und bequem eingerichtet. Alles wirkt neu, gepflegt und sehr sauber: Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen! Das Meer und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt. Wir haben das Haus in den Tagen unseres Aufenthalts allein bewohnt, aber Mme. und M. Aicardi waren bei unserer Ankunft und Abfahrt vor Ort und unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und bietet reichlich Platz für 5 Personen. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von dem schönen Badezimmer. Die Lage ist ideal. Zum Supermarkt ist es ein Katzensprung und auch an den Strand und ins Stadtzentum kann man locker zu Fuß gehen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich! Und Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer ist immer eine Reise wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Ruhige Wohnung in Toplage

So stellt man sich eine Ferienwohnung vor: Sauber, nette, hilfreiche Vermieter und eine Ausstattung, wie man es von zu Hause gewohnt ist (mittlerweile verfügt die Wohnung auch über W-Lan). Die Wohnung liegt in Bezug auf alle wichtigen Spots (Meer, Zentrum, Supermarkt) ideal. Kurzum: Man kann die Wohnung vorbehaltslos empfehlen.

Séjour corect mais sans plus

Les points positifs de notre séjour : 1/ la gentillesse et l'accueil des propriétaires, M. et Mme Aicardi ; 2/ la situation de la maison, dans une rue calme à quelque pas seulement de la mer et du centre du village. Les points à améliorer : 1/ la maison n'a certainement rien de luxueux mais elle a un certain charme et possède à peu près tout ce qu'il faut, sauf… la climatisation et le Wi-fi, qui certes pas absolument nécessaires, rendraient quand même le séjour beaucoup plus agréable et davantage en ligne avec le prix demandé ; 2/ la qualité de la literie est très très moyenne ; un investissement de quelques centaines d'euros seulement rendrait le séjour plus agréable et, encore une fois, le prix demandé plus en ligne avec la réalité du marché ; 3/ nous aurions aimé être prévenus par les propriétaires, avant la réservation, de l'existence d'un chantier de construction dans une des maisons juste en face ; si d'un côté les propriétaires ne peuvent certainement pas être tenus responsables pour ces gênes, l'honnêteté aurait voulu que nous en soyons informés avant la réservation. Nous avons attendu ces vacances toute l'année et nous aurions aimé éviter d'être réveillés souvent avant 8h du matin. Pour résumer, nous avons passé un séjour correct mais sans plus. La maison a du potentiel mais il faut aussi y investir et pas seulement en tirer du revenu.

Monsieur, Nous sommes navrés de votre mécontentement. En toute honnêteté, nous pensions que les travaux de la maison concerné seraient logiquement achevé s en septembre. Nous avons été les premiers surpris. IL y a des événements que nous ne pouvons pas maîtriser. La wifi et la climatisation n'étaient pas mentionnées dans le descriptif. Nous prenons acte de vos remarques. Nous allons faire le nécessaire pour la prochaine saison Bien cordialement.

Trés bel appartement

Grand appartement situé dans quartier trés calme et tranquille tout en étant proche de toutes commodités plages, centre ville, grandes surfaces... Le logement est à l'identique des photos, Fonctionnel, propre, trés bien équipé ce qui permet de vite se sentir comme chez soi. Schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Zunächst zu erwähnen ist die dankenswerte Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieterehepaars. Negativ empfunden haben wir bei dieser sehr sauberen, geräumigen und aufgeräumten Wohnung lediglich das Fehlen von WLAN, einer Grundausstattung an Pfeffer, Salz und Klopapier sowie die beim ständig blasenden Mistral klappernden Zimmertüren, wofür ich das Anbringen von Türdichtungen anrate. Die Matratzen sind ok. Ansonsten und haupsächlich haben wir uns - auch wegen des Balkons - sehr wohl gefühlt! Die technische Ausstattung ließ keinen Wunsch offen, selbst genügend Ventilatoren waren vorhanden. Auch die Lage in Strand-, Intermarché- und "Innenstadt"-Nähe schätzten wir sehr. Dementsprechend kann ich das Apartment sehr gerne weiterempfehlen ( auch habe ich durch den freundlichen Briefwechsel mit dem Vermieter meine maroden Schulkenntnisse in Französisch wieder etwas reaktiviert:-)!).

Hier fühlt man sich gleich wie zu Hause

Eine sehr schöne, vor allem große und geräumige Ferienwohnung, nicht weit vom Meer, in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und direkt hinter dem Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, gepflegt, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und war sehr sauber, sodass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sprechen aber nur französisch. Die Vermieterin hat uns ihren Parkplatz überlassen, da es zur Wohnung keinen "festen" Parkplatz gibt. Am Wochenende ist es schwierig, im Ort einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind alle korrekt. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Arles, Aigues Mortes und Avignon sollte man auf jeden Fall besuchen. Allerdings empfehlen wir, während der Hochsaison für Ausflüge sehr früh aufzustehen, da es in den Städten nur begrenzt Parkplätze gibt, die sehr schnell belegt sind. Empfehlenswert ist das Restaurant "Mistral" in der Nähe des Kinos. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und Services sind dort ausgezeichnet. Ein Besuch auf dem Markt (Montag- und Freitagvormittag) lohnt sich sehr, da dort viele regionale Produkte zu günstigen Preisen angeboten werden.

Agréable appartement traversant, propre, bien équipé, avec balcon cöté jardin . A deux pas de la mer et des commerces et pourtant dans un quartier calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant; on se sent vite bien comme chez soi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et conseillerons cette location à nos proches.

Urlaub in St. Marie de la Mere

Eine schöne Wohnung, nah zum Strand und nah zum Ortskern und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Ottimo appartamento

Grande appartamento al primo piano di una villetta situata in una tranquilla piazzetta comodissima al mare ed al centro del paese. Due grandi camere matrimoniali. Una vasta sala con cucina abitabile ed una comodissima terrazza coperta dove si stava bene a qualsiasi ora del giorno. L'appartamento si presenta in ottime condizioni di manutenzione, perfettamente attrezzato anche con lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti da tutto, la casa è anche molto fresca avendo le finestre da ambedue i lati è facile avere una buona corrente d'aria. Quello che ci ha veramente soddisfatti è la posizione comoda a tutto ed il fatto che la terrazza dia su un giardino e non sulla strada garantendo una tranquillità invidiabile. Siamo stati veramente bene e consiglierei questo appartamento, e Saintes Maries in generale, a chi vuole trascorrere un periodo di vacanza senza pensieri.
