- 6 couchages. 1 couchage en 140/190, cabine dortoir 4 couchages en 80/190. Lit parapluie sur demande
- Sdb avec grande douche. WC indépendant
- Cuisine toute équipée
- Télévision, wifi, Climatisation
- Localisation idéal à 3 min du centre ville, à 3 min des plages, à 2 min d’Intermarché
- En période estivale à la semaine sinon 3 nuits minimum en dehors de la période estivale

Appartement entièrement rénové, en RdC. Il est situé dans une petite impasse calme. C’est aussi notre résidence de vacances, nous l’avons donc aménagé comme notre habitation principale.
Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.
Logement non fumeur, terrasse à disposition.
Non accessible PMR.
L’accès se fait depuis la terrasse privée, une boîte à clef est à disposition pour les arrivées tardives.

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour dans ce logement et aux Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, effectué en juillet 2025 !Le logement est très confortable, très fonctionnel, avec tout l'équipement inclus (à l'exception d'un lave-linge) en plus d'être décoré avec goût et bien pensé dans les moindres détails.Il est également très bien placé par rapport au supermarché, au centre ville, aux restaurants, à l'arène, la station de bus et aux commerces ainsi que des plages et même de certaines manades pour les promenades à cheval accessibles à pied depuis le logement.La terrasse est grande et agréable, et permet de prendre un bon nombre de repas en extérieur. Le quartier est tranquille et l'impasse également.Un petit bémol cependant pour les procédures de remise des clés à l'arrivée et de départ, qui se font obligatoirement en main propre (pas de système de boîte à clés en indépendance de possible et les propriétaires ne vivent pas à proximité immédiate du logement donc cela demande de la coordination au préalable).

Le lieu, bien situé (à proximité de la plage et des commerces), est très confortable, agréablement décoré et avec tout le nécessaire.La communication avec nos hôtes a été très agréable.Pendant ce séjour en Camargue, nous nous sommes régalés. Les enfants étaient ravis.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, alles sauber, gut ausgestattet, gut gelegen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Zusatzkosten für Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren bei der Buchung nicht in fewo-direkt aufgeführt, was zu Irritationen geführt hat. Das ist inzwischen aber korrigiert und die Kosten werden kulanterweise von der Vermieterin übernommen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, etwas eng, die Lage ist super. Wir haben uns die drei Tage wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin eher unfreundlich, aber sachlich und korrekt.

Appartement décoré avec goût, Idéal pour couple avec ou sens enfant. Joli terrasse en rez de jardin. Dans une impasse calme sens circulation. Proche de toute commodité plage, super marché, centre ville, port, etc... Je recommande vivement.
