Magnificent villa in Novelda, Modernist city, with panoramic views of the castle of La Mola with its Modernist Sanctuary and the valley of grapes.
It is 14 minutes by car from two major golf courses, and 25 minutes from several nearby beaches, airport and AVE station. Alicante at 28 km and Elche at 17 km.
My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), and large groups.

This villa is distributed on two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor, there are four bedrooms (two with a double bed, two with two single beds) and three bathrooms (one en suite and one outside next to the pool). It has a large fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with views of the pool and the castle. EXTERIOR: This villa is surrounded by a beautiful and well-tended garden with different trees and shrubs. We have a magnificent pool that invites us to refresh ourselves with the magnificent views that this villa offers us. It has a covered pergola enabled for meals outside, as well as a tennis court and a children's play area. The entrance to this property is through a door that offers us enough space to park our vehicles. LOCATION: It is located in a quiet area of Novelda villas, with incredible panoramic views over the Valley of the Grapes, and only 2 min. by car from the village, where one can enjoy outstanding modernist buildings, 14 minutes by car from two important golf courses, and 25 minutes from several nearby beaches, airport and AVE station. Alicante at 28 km and Elche at 17 km.

Es alojamiento es altamente recomendable. Cómodo y amplio. Los niños pueden jugar sin parar todo el día. Tienes rutas de senderismo muy cerca. Sin duda volveremos

Hi Raquel. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Very spacious and comfortable beds.

Very easy to find from Alicante airport. 30 mins. The villa is very spacious and quiet inside and outside. Lots of shade and sun spots. Will definitely come back.

Perfecto para relax en familia

El alojamiento muy bien cuidado y superlimpio, íbamos con peques y el lugar es ideal, mucho espacio para ellos (dentro y fuera de casa) lugares para jugar y mientras te relajas en las tumbonas, tenían hasta vajilla de plástico para ellos y nos facilitaron una trona. Raquel súper amable, no pusieron pegas para el check in y nos esperaron en el pueblo para indicarnos. La única pega es que sólo estuvimos 2 noches... seguro que repetiremos. Muchas gracias por las indicaciones de donde comer!!! Aunque teníamos de todo en la cocina. lo recomiendo 100%, seguro que repetimos.
