Description:
At the foot of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, in Vallon Pont d´Arc, small private residence of 3 individual gites with gardens and private parking.

Ideally located in a popular location, the La Quieta gite (50m²) offers private accommodation of high quality and comfort, with enclosed and landscaped grounds of approximately 250m², plus parking. 3 * prefectural classification.

The cottage has a maximum capacity of 6 people (4 adults max) completely independent without opposite, only the fenced and secure parking is to be shared.
The cottage has been decorated and furnished with taste and character, you can appreciate its great comfort of equipment.

Nearby nearby: the Ardèche river and the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc, all accessible on foot or by bike (cycle track to the village on 3/4), and even a canoe trip a few minutes' walk from the cottages !

The garden is perfectly fenced, with a covered terrace, barbecue and small plancha available, 4 deckchairs, garden shed, closed gate….

Cottage interior: 1 double bedroom (L140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (L90cm), fitted cupboards and storage (sheets and towels not provided - optional).
Baby equipment available (details provided on request).

Bathroom: heated towel rail, WC, vanity unit, walk-in shower, cupboard, washing machine.

Charmant pied à terre ardéchois

Proche de tous les sites du sud Ardèche. Très pratique pour les propriétaires de chien (terrain bien clos). Bref je recommande!

Prima verblijf, net buiten Vallon pont d’Arc

Verzorgde vakantiewoning met ruimte voor onze 2 honden. Tuin zou wat ons betreft wel iets gezelliger ingericht mogen worden met wat beter en nieuw meubilair. Binnen alles prima in orde. Goed contact ook met de eigenaresse, zij doet er veel aan om je verblijf tot een succes te maken. Wij zijn veel op pad geweest. Prachtige omgeving, zeker ook om te wandelen.

Une gite exceptionnel

C'est un gite merveilleux il ne manque absolument rien à l'intérieur tout est prévu pour passer de bonnes vacances et se sentir comme chez soi ! Un petit jardin et une terrasse sans vis à vis on s'y sent tellement bien! Nous le recommandons absolument ! Proche de la rivière et des commerces sans aller faire des kilomètres l'emplacement est idéal ! Merci à Karine et Christine pour leur accueil très chaleureux !
