At the foot of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, in Vallon Pont d´Arc, small private residence of 3 individual gites with gardens and private parking.

Ideally located in a popular location, the La Quieta gite (50m²) offers private accommodation of high quality and comfort, with enclosed and landscaped grounds of approximately 250m², plus parking. 3 * prefectural classification.

The cottage has a maximum capacity of 6 people (4 adults max) completely independent without opposite, only the fenced and secure parking is to be shared.
The cottage has been decorated and furnished with taste and character, you can appreciate its great comfort of equipment.

Nearby nearby: the Ardèche river and the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc, all accessible on foot or by bike (cycle track to the village on 3/4), and even a canoe trip a few minutes' walk from the cottages !

The garden is perfectly fenced, with a covered terrace, barbecue and small plancha available, 4 deckchairs, garden shed, closed gate….

Cottage interior: 1 double bedroom (L140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (L90cm), fitted cupboards and storage (sheets and towels not provided - optional).
Baby equipment available (details provided on request).

Kitchen: Table + 6 chairs, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, Oven, vitro hob, extractor, fridge with small freezer, microwave, coffee maker (with pods), kettle, toaster, auto cooker, dishes, etc ...

Living room: 1 sofa bed L140cm, coffee table, LCD TV 81cm (satellite), DVD player, furniture, storage.
