Stunning luxury villa with heated pool and jacuzzi, with porcelain tile throughout a modern kitchen. With views to the prestigious Cala d 'or Yacht Club and Marina.Five bedrooms, three bathrooms. Close to all amenities and beaches. The villa is on three floors and is fully air-conditioned. It has a large terrace overlooking the heated infinity pool with sun loungers and pool, dining table and outdoor furniture, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and granite countertops. Finished to a very high specification with contemporary furniture. Perfectly located for the marina and the center of Cala D'or, which is a few minutes walk away. There are supermarkets, shops and restaurants within minutes of the villa, which is ideal for families and couples.
