The Finca Can Molino is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the picturesque fishing harbour Cala Figuera and offers spacious living areas, plenty of privacy and a lovingly designed outdoor area. With space for up to 8 people, it is ideal for larger families, couples or friends who want to relax together. The location is excellent for discovering the most beautiful beaches in the southeast of Mallorca - including Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí, Cala Sa Nau and the natural bay S'Almunia.
The port of Cala Figuera is located only about 2 km away and invites you to relaxed evenings with its restaurants and unique atmosphere. The nearby Santanyí (approx. 3 km) offers boutiques, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies and the popular weekly market - perfect for shopping and strolling through the charming lanes.
The finca is divided into the main house and two independent living areas: one inside the main house and another directly by the pool, allowing each travel group to enjoy individual retreat opportunities.
On the ground floor of the main house, you will find a spacious living and dining area, a cosy fireplace room, and a large, open kitchen with a cooking island, which is fully equipped and offers direct access to the terraces. From here, you can reach the covered outdoor dining area and the sun terraces by the pool.
In the main house, there is also a separate living area, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and its own bathroom. This area is ideal for guests who prefer a bit more privacy while on holiday.
Via an elegant staircase, you reach the upper floor with the spacious master bedroom, equipped with air conditioning, a 2x2-m double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Another bedroom with a 140-cm bed and a living room with an additional bathroom complete this floor. Thanks to the underfloor heating, the finca is also excellently suited for stays during the off-season.
Directly by the pool, there is a separate pool house with its own bedroom (double bed), air conditioning and a private bathroom. This area is particularly well suited for couples, grandparents or adult children who appreciate an independent living area.
The outdoor area is a small oasis: several terraces, a patio with a brick barbecue area, elegant lounge furniture, an outdoor shower and a well-maintained garden create a relaxed atmosphere. The private pool, which can be heated during the winter months, forms the centrepiece of the property and invites swimming at any time of the year.
Equipment:
The holiday home is equipped with bed linen, towels and basic kitchen and bathroom utensils. As this is a self-catering accommodation, guests supplement required consumables during their stay themselves. Baby cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.
Tourist tax:
According to local regulations, the tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid. If booking platforms do not automatically calculate this, you will receive the information separately.
