'Between wood and sea, large open fields' is the motto of PLOUHINEC, town ideally situated between the beautiful RIA ETEL and the small sea GAVRES 5 minutes bicycle superb sandy beaches spanning 8 kms (ranked 3 years blue flag for the quality of their waters) in a protected natural setting NATURA 2000, discover this new house T5bis (81 m2) on plot of 150 m2 with wooden terrace facing south-west with the ground floor entrance with closet, a laundry room with washing machine, a toilet, a living room with TV-DVD, a living room (with a wood stove) giving onto the terrace, a kitchen with various equipment including dishwasher, upstairs bathroom (bathtub), a toilet, three bedrooms, one with two beds of 90 cms and a TV.

Bruno was an excellent host. He was available if needed but not at all intrusive. The house was warm (we stayed in October). It had everything we needed. It was a gentle walk to the shops and cafes in town.

Maison très agréable avec tout le confort pour passer de très bonnes vacances, idéalement située d'un point de vue pratique, proche des plages et de nombreux lieux de visite. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires qui se sont montrés très compréhensifs et toujours prêts à nous rendre service. Une location à garder en mémoire, à fréquenter sans hésiter.

Besonders positiv kann ich die sympathischen Vermieter bewerten. Jederzeit zur Stelle, wenn man eine Frage oder ein Problem hat, ansonsten aber sehr dezent im Hintergrund. Die Lage des Objekts ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Ortszentrum. Das Einzige, was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist die Ausstattung der Küche. Der Geschirrspüler hat nicht wirklich gut funktioniert und die Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck etc. sind wirklich extrem in die Jahre gekommen.

Belle maison au calme et bien située

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une maison confortable, récente, située au cœur du village de Plouhinec et au calme. La terrasse est un vrai plus. Les propriétaires sont sympas et disponibles. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

La location est parfaitement bien située à 2 km de la plage dans un charmant village. Le terrain clos est parfait pour les enfants et la terrasse offre un espace très bien protégé. De plus les propriétaires sont charmants. Un très agréable séjour avec une météo exceptionnelle
