Centrally located in the heart of the historic center of Naples, this beautiful two-bedroom apartment is completely renovated and equipped with all the modern comforts of today, including Smart TV with Netflix, WiFi and cooling and heating system. 

Casa Frangiò is located on the fourth floor of a residential building with a lift in the famous and valuable Piazetta Grande Archivio - where, as the name suggests, is the seat of the State Archives of Naples. 

In a few minutes you can reach Via San Gregorio Armeno, famous for its nativity scenes, Via dei Tribunali and Corso Umberto. This spacious 90 sq.mt apartment enjoys high ceilings and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wonderful living room and dining room with a splendid view over the city of Naples.

 Illuminated by natural light, Casa Frangiò has been elegantly furnished with taste and houses a cozy living room with a comfortable L-shaped sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed if needed), two soft armchairs, perfect for reading or enjoying a movie and a table dining for 6 people. The living room also has two wonderful and tall wooden doors with windows, in Juliette style, which open onto two small balconies from which you can see and experience Neapolitan life.

The main entrance of the apartment is very welcoming. To the right of the entrance there is a separate but spacious service room, equipped with a washing machine and other amenities useful for domestic life.

Once you reach the main corridor of the apartment, turn right and via three steps, you will come to a double bedroom. Instead, continuing along the main corridor, you will come to the second double bedroom which enjoys a small private Juliette-style balcony.
Both bedrooms are well furnished and enjoy flat-screen TVs and cooling / heating systems. 
The apartment has two separate and recently renovated bathrooms. Both are equipped with shower, WC, bidet and sink. 

Casa Frangiò offers a separate kitchenette perfect for having breakfast or preparing a pleasant dinner. The kitchen has all modern comforts, including dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster.

Spend a day exploring the historic center on foot. Highlights include a stop at the cathedral, botanical gardens and the National Archaeological Museum. If you prefer shopping, you'll love strolling on Via Toledo and in the evening, don't forget to reach Via dei Tribunale with some of the city's best pizzerias. 
The atmosphere around Casa Frangiò is very lively with small narrow streets full of typical shops and typical Neapolitan trade such as craft shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, pastry shops that blend perfectly with the museums, churches and monuments that sprout in every corner .

 San Gregorio Armeno is just 3 minutes walk from Casa Frangiò and is the epicenter of the tradition of the crib in Italy. At night, the neighborhood is full of life, with a multitude of clubs, bars and pizzerias between here the famous Pizzeria Dal Presidente and the renowned Pizzeria di Matteo.
