The host was very responsive and helpful. We needed to stay an extra night because our flight got moved for weather reasons and they were able to accommodate us no questions asked and even helped arrange a car to the airport at 4am.Ultimately our stay was 5 days, 4 nights.Definitely do take advantage of the 35 Euro car ride. We didn’t on our way in. It took us 1.5 hours on the bus and metro lugging our stuff through transit. Would’ve been a much faster and more enjoyable time to just take the ride. The cabs at the airport will gouge you for a lot more than 35 Euro.The apartment itself is small, but if you’re not planning on spending much time in the room it’s a non issue. The place is nice, bed is comfortable, everything was clean and well taken care of. There is a washer but no dryer, however there is a drying rack with clothespins off the window if you need to do anything. We didn’t on this portion of our trip. The location is in a great lively part of town, though this specific street is quiet at night which is very nice. Close to the Spanish Quarter (touristy) 15 minute walk to some very cool bars and restaurants, and an even shorter walk to the waterfront. Two grocery stores right there. 4 blocks from the Toledo stop on the metro which can take you most places you won’t walk. Would recommend staying here.
