Casa La Marina is a delightful apartment on the ground floor of an elegant building. The accommodation, in one of the most beautiful and comfortable areas of the city, is only 100 meters from the famous Vendicio beach and 100 meters from the city center. The house has a nice little garden with dining area and sitting area, large and elegant living area with sitting area and dining corner, 2 double bedrooms, in one there is also a sofa bed, a complete bathroom and a toilet, large kitchen with corner dining and nice terrace, private parking.
The house, furnished with care and elegance, is located in one of the most comfortable areas of the city, very close to the beach and the city center. Very suitable for families with children and for those who do not want to use their own means of transport. Not far away there is a playground, pine forest, free and equipped beaches, the Caposele marina, rich in Roman remains, and also famous for the numerous and important sailing regattas.
The whole coast is full of sailing and windsurfing schools
