At 150 meters the historic TENNIS SANREMO. Located in a quiet area (Foce), the two-room apartment is composed of an open space composed of a living area with kitchen and kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. It also offers a covered terrace of about 15sqm with a green and sea view. The reserved parking space inside the private condominium courtyard is included. Pets are welcome. From 15 June the municipal tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per day will be applied.

piacevole e rilassante soggiorno

l'appartamento è molto grazioso pulito e accogliente dotato di ogni confort, è in una posizione tranquilla immerso nel verde. Molto comodo alla pista ciclabile e alla spiaggia nonché ai servizi (supermercati farmacia ecc). la signora Laura molto disponibile e gentile. Il centro di Sanremo raggiungibile con una passeggiata sulla bellissima lungomare. lo consiglio vivamente per una vacanza tranquilla e in pieno relax!
