There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchen area. To the outside, you will find an enclosed rear and front garden and ample off-road parking. Swn Y Wylan promises a wonderful getaway for a family holiday to North Wales.
Amenities: Gas central heating and open fire. Gas hob, double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Lawned rear garden with barbecue and seating. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. Pub and shop with numerous restaurants under a mile away, via front pathway. Note: Front pathway has many steep steps and small drop. Note - please note front garden is not for use. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £250. No Stag/Hens or similar parties . Note: Property Accepts 1 small well behaved dog. Note: If a family requires a twin room rather than a second double please contact Reservations.
