Over two floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground-floor king-size double, 1 x double, 1 x twin. First-floor cloakroom. Ground-floor bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility. Dining room. Sitting room with woodburning stove. Snug.
What makes this property unique
Oil central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge and freezer. 2 x TVs (one is a smart TV), 2 Blu-Ray players, strong WiFi in every room and a good selection of books and games and DVDs. Fuel, power and logs inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for four cars. Rear and side garden with seating area. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 0.5 miles, supermarket within 0.7 miles. Note: Sloping ceilings within the first floor double bedroom and twin bedroom. Note: No stag/hen or similar parties. Note: The ladder staircase in the sitting room is private and so please do not use or allow children to climb on it.
