Bright 66 sqm three-room apartment with access from the apartment's private terrace, characterized by the "Nautic" color with parquet flooring and fine finishes.
The living area is complete with a lounge with a sofa that converts into a comfortable French bed and a dining table for four people. There is a modern fitted hideaway kitchen with 4 induction hobs, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine with capsules, kettle and dishwasher.
the first bathroom with window is complete with Jacuzzi (with Airpool Airjet Massage and Whirlpool with waterjet) and washer / dryer. The second bathroom with window has a large shower.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a second with 2 single beds that can be joined if necessary.

Perfect spot

Great two bedroom apartment that easily accommodated my family of 4. 2 bathrooms and a washing machine were a must. The location near city center could not be better. Very easy communication with the manager.

Great location. Clean. Even had slippers for us. Nice little Cafe just down the bottom of the stairs. Close to the train station. About a 20 minute easy walk.

Great location

The apartment is located right in the heart of Bologna with easy access to restaurants, sites, and shopping. It was but different to find when arriving by cat but once we were on foot, it was very easy to access.

Mind boggling excellent location in the quadrilatico/historic/jewish district. Management was not onsite, but was very responsive. Note, access to the apartment from the elevator requires going up two stairs, and inside the apartment, access to the washing machine and second bathroom (tub and hand wand only; no showerhead) requires two stairs. Also, be sure to read the instructions for the washer dryer as the settings can be finnicky. No lighting in the kitchen area, which made it hard to see.

Perfect in every way!

This place was better than we anticipated, which is a pleasant surprise. It’s as nice and clean as the pictures indicate, and has everything you could possibly want. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms well appointed, and the space is used very well-we never felt cramped. The location can’t be beat (for such a vibrant location, it was very quiet) and the online guide made finding recommendations for meals, transportation, atms and just about anything else super easy. We appreciated the elevator (very unusual, and most welcome), as well as the ability to safely store and access our luggage on our last day. The host was responsive and gracious. On our final day we had a difficult time booking a ride to the airport (the cab company told me that they can’t book cars for pickups on that particular street; I don’t know if that is true, but given how busy the street is, I understand that). Fortunately the host told us the taxi stand was very close, so getting a taxi was no problem-maybe a two minute wait after walking two blocks. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for lodging if I returned to Bologna (and I hope I do!); this place really has it all!

Great location!!

Great layout of the apartment, comfortable beds. Walking distance to all of the marquis spots in Bologna. The appt. had very limited supply of basic amenities, I.e. shampoo, body wash, coffee pods, salt/pepper, dishwasher pods and detergent for laundry. There are local market options around the corner to stock up. Apt. Was cleaned on weekly basis, we stayed for 15 days. Lovely experience.

Excellent apartment and very well located

Very well located and secured place in the hearth of the old city. I would go back for sure. Everything was clean, with cleaning staff on each day. It's like a micro resort because they owned several aprtments in the same building with secured access.
