The ground floor includes a 20 m2 front patio, a dining room with a fireplace connected to the back patio with a barbecue, and a fully furnished kitchen. 1st floor with 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, complete exterior bathroom. Attic roofed with double bed and toilet, terrace with sea and mountain views. Very central and quiet. On the beachfront, access to it is immediate. Newly renovated kitchen!
