Furthermore, the house is only 7 km from the city of Noto, the capital of the baroque and UNESCO heritage, and is located 6 km from Avola, city of almond and Nero d'Avola, just 8 km from the nature reserve of Vendicari and about 30 km from Syracuse and is quite close to some beautiful towns like Scicli, Portopalo, Marzamemi and cities like Ragusa, Modica and only an hour's drive from Catania.

The ground floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are double bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other bedroom with two deck beds, a lounge and a large kitchen. Externally the house is equipped with an external kitchen and an external bathroom. The strengths of the house are its proximity to the sea, and the large garden with lawn, succulent plants and palm trees equipped with table, chairs, rocking chair and outdoor swimming pool.
