The residence is located opposite the sea, in the Antibes-les-Pins district, between the center of Juan-les-Pins and Golfe Juan, and has an infinity pool.

It is located in a large pedestrian complex where all amenities are within walking distance: Leclerc supermarket, bars, restaurants, hairdresser, beautician, medical center, pizza truck, bakery, etc.

The sandy beaches (100 m away) are accessible by following a pedestrian path along the 5-hectare Exflora municipal park, open year-round, with no road to cross (underground passage).

The old Antibes, Cannes and its Croisette are only a few kilometers away ...

A lovely apartment, very close to the beach and near excellent public transport links that we used to visit Antibes, Nice and other nearby areas. (Alexis (the host) was very helpful in getting started with finding our way). Also, the Boulangerie across the road is excellent, as is the pizza van!

We stayed with a family of 6 people. The host gave us a nice check-in and explanation how everything works. The appartement is comfortable with an amazing (front) view of the ocean/ pool. The kids liked the pool very much! The location of the apartment is a 10/10!!! Lively local area with lots of shops, restaurants, etc, the beach and port is also walkable. We would definitely recommend this appartment!

Great location

We didn’t need our car the whole week. Everything is near by, supermarket, busstop,… One minus is the location of the bedrooms at the street-sight. Earplugs are recommended. The other sight (terrass) is splendid! Nice view over the see, swimmingpool,… Quiet area.

Nice apartment, friendly owner

Good location in between two touristic places (Golf Juan and Juan les Pins) and near the sea. Everything within walking distance. Nice balcony with lovely view on pool, parc and sea. Bedrooms are small but the rest of the apartment is quite spacious. Cleaning, towels and bed linnen was not included, but the friendly owner helped us out.

Great apartment in a good location

Really nice apartment in an excellent location for us who wanted mainly swimming both in a pool and in the sea, and sun. The flat was of perfect size for our family of four; parents and school aged kids. Children loved the pool and the sandy beach which is only a short walk away. Parents appreciated especially the sea view from the terrace and the grill! Apartment is clean and has all the necessary facilities. The building was quiet and well-kept with a big supermarket and boulangerie next door. Easy and safe parking place in the garage. Owners were really nice and flexible and made efforts for us to have a pleasant stay. Would definitely come again!

Schöne Ferienunterkunft mit Meerblick in strandnähe. Schöner Wohn-Essbereich und sehr schöne Terrasse für herrliches Frühstück in der Sonne, die auf den ruhigen Innenhof raus geht. Die Schlafzimmer sind kompakt und zweckmäßig und die Fenster auf die Straße raus etwas hellhörig. Die Matratze im Doppelbett ist nicht mehr sehr bequem. Die Lage ist super, sowohl was die Strandnähe anbelangt, als auch als Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Côte d‘Azur. Im Gebäudekomplex ist ein SuperU, der täglich geöffnet ist und über die Straße eine gute Bäckerei, die ebenfalls täglich geöffnet hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, ebenso Check-in und Check-out. Vielen Dank!

Schönes Appartement mit tollem Pool

Wir haben unsere Woche in dem Appartement sehr genossen. Der Pool ist super und der Strand ebenso. Alexis ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir hatten übersehen, dass wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen sollten und Alexis hat uns ganz schnell ausgeholfen.
