Orchard house is the newest addition to Tottergill Farm, and is attached to the main farmhouse. It boasts bi-folding doors that open up onto a beautiful glass enclosed balcony that offers stunning views down to the reservoir and its very own private hot tub.
It has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, offering a spacious and tastefully designed first floor for guests to relax and unwind in.
The kitchen is well equipped and the living area also has a wood burning stove, a flat screen TV with DVD Player. There is a separate laundry room and WC.
Orchard House sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms - the master bedroom has a super king bed and an en suite bathroom with beautiful bath. There is another super king bed that can be made into a twin, plus a cosy Kingsize bedroom and additional house bathroom.
It has its own parking to the rear.
