Gelt Cottage is packed with character and features exposed original beams and a woodburning stove to keep you cosy. It has a spacious lounge and dining area complete with big leather sofas, solid oak furniture, a 42" LCD TV with digital Freeview, a DVD player and an iPod dock. Its double patio doors lead out into an enclosed south-facing garden with stunning views towards the Lake District, hardwood garden furniture and a decked area with a hot tub.

Its cream Shaker-style kitchen is nicely equipped with granite worktops, a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer and fridge-freezer and it offers two bedrooms - one a super king with a TV and a DVD player and one a king-sized room which can be made up as a twin if you like.

The bathroom in Gelt Cottage is finished in black and chrome and has a bath with shower over and a chrome heated towel ladder.

There is private parking right outside the cottage door to make unloading your car easy for you.
