There is also a bathroom, ground floor shower room, kitchen/diner, dining room and sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside is off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with lawned area, gravelled area and furniture. 5 Cliff Lane offers just the break you are looking for on the east coast of Yorkshire.
