Our house is close to Globen, Södermalm and Stockholm city and is suitable for families or couples.

Situated at the end of the street, next to the forest, you will feel like being on the countryside, even though it's close to everything. After a 10 minutes walk to the subway station (Sockenplan), it takes 14 minutes to the central station, and approximately 7 minutes to Södermalm.
In the area, there are bakeries, grocery stores, tennis / badminton / squash, horse riding, play grounds (Spring river park for ex), etc.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with sauna and jacuzzi), large social areas such as a living room (45 sqm) with sofa, TV, a grand piano and a fireplace, and a big kitchen.
Four of the bedrooms are situated on the top floor, and one on the ground level. There is a bathroom and toilet on each floor. There's a big terrace on the top floor.

You access the sunny terrace with sofas (this part is covered) and a set of table and chairs and a barbecue, from the kitchen. A few steps down you find a pool deck with a heated pool, with a roof that you can take off if you like. You can also swim and have fun when the pool is covered (access through a door with key). With the roof, you can see no kids fall in the water. From the pool area, you can access the basement with the bathroom with sauna.
There is also a laundry room in the basement.

In the garden, there is a trampoline, a swing, table tennis, a small outdoor gym and / or climbing space for kids, and a flat lawn to play on.
