Nice apartment for holiday rental in Marbella, located on the famous Golden Mile: with swimming pools, large gardens, wifi, private parking and 3 bedrooms.

Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment is spacious and has a nice terrace overlooking the gardens and pool: it consists of a spacious living room, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. It also has air conditioning, free wifi and a parking space in case you travel by car.



Location



The Marbella Real urbanization is one of the nicest on the Golden Mile: it has large gardens, with five swimming pools, children's play area, tennis and paddle tennis court, plus a small gym available to residents.



The location of the urbanization Marbella Real is excellent: the beaches of Nagüeles and Casablanca are less than 5 minutes walk, in the vicinity there are bars, restaurants and two supermarkets. In addition, if you do not want to take the car, just in front of the urbanization stop the city buses that take you to the center of Marbella, or Puerto Banus. Swimming pool available all year.
