We were very satisfied with our house. Lake was nice but didn't like the winding one lane roads. We were very happy with the Distance between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Everyone was very nice and answered our questions promptly. I would recommend this to our family and friends.

Love this property, it was quiet and cozy. We loved the hottub and how open it was. Our only complaint was no Wi-Fi and the water pressure wasnt great for 2 couples. But overall, great experience. Would definately stay here again!
The drive in was beautiful. The cabbin was gorgeous. A set of sissors and a lighter for the grill might help furure guests. Cabbin was clean for most part it could use a deep clean, and the outside surrounding the cabbin definitely needs picked up its littered with cans and trash. But we loved our stay and had a great time.
The cabin was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay the only thing we didnt have that we missed was wifi. All staff that we had the pleasure of communicating with were great. Would definitely book again. Thank you fireside chslets for an awesome experience
The cabin was great and I have no complaints about anything… except that there was no WiFi. This may have been the lack of research before booking, but this was unexpected. It wasn’t too much of a bother, but if you have to be connected to the world while on vacation, this cabin isn’t for you.
Location was perfect just what I was looking for somewhere secluded and private. The cabin was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed it. The only issues were low water pressure and the fireplace would not stay on and no WIFI, which was very inconvenient.
It was great all the way down to the fishing( no luck on catching anything but a clam) only thing with 3 teenagers and no WiFi….. I enjoyed it, they dealt with it, LOL
Was very clean and comfortable
Any concerns I addressed with agent was addressed immediately
Would definitely recommend and will be using fireside chalets in future
From making the reservation to exiting the location, we were treated with exceptional customer service. Don't get concerned about the pre-entry paperwork, as it should give you confidence on the professionalism of the operators. Location was nothing short of amazing. Incredible condition and well "dressed". We will be back and will use this operator without a doubt. Very responsive office that worked with me while on the road to add a day to the reservation. Exceptional office support team
Had a great time at this cabin. The fact that there was no wifi helped us all to disconnect from the habits of browsing social media platforms. This gave us more quality time together while at a truly rural cabin experience!

ok stay
the property was as described. Checking process was clunky and i had to do it 3 time due to missing a point on the process. We were quite surprised that there was not a WIFI connection and low cell phone coverage.
This was our second visit to this cabin. It was great the first time, but when I say it's been remodeled, it has been REMODELED. They seemlessly made 2 beautiful bathrooms where there was a single with wash room previously. Washer & dryer were moved to their own nook aside the new coffee bar. The new chandelier is awesome! We love this cabin location, close enough to everything but you still get that great mountain road trip everywhere you go. Definitely a must stay!
Beautiful country, cabin was set back in the woods off the main drive. No internet 😕 thou, but we made do. Great location to attractions, everything was within 15-20 mins. Cleanliness was a little lacking, hot tube needed a good cleaning, and dusting needed to be done. But other than that it was a good cabin.
The manager was really nice, smelled clean when we got there. Did find dead bugs and other dirt behind microwave, also some dead bugs in the bedroom on the floor. The kitchen chairs were broken but they had couple folding chairs at table. Hot tub button broken, randomly turns on and off and nothing really coming from jets. Beds were very uncomfortable we didn’t try the pullout couch. Other than those things it was nice for the price it’s offered.
A plug in did not have a cover over it and I had a1 and 1/2 year old with me and I was afraid she would put her hand in it . Light over sink did not work . Ice tray had holes in them . Washing machine would wash but not spin out . No internet but that was ok . 4 channels on the tv.,also the second bedroom had no dress drawer in it just a closet and we were there for a week .and it said we had a view of the lake that was behind the house but it was so over grown with weeds you couldn’t see it
We love are stay. It's a beautiful cabin, the bathrooms are great. The only thing wrong was the beds are too high hard to get in and needs railings on front stairs and back steps otherwise was great will go again.
The stay was great! A few little things could have been better. The dishwasher and washing machine had no soap, so we weren’t able to use them. And the living area was very dark, even with all of the lights on. The curtains in the living room, we couldn’t open because the curtain rod was hanging on by a thread. But the cabin was very clean and furniture was comfy!
If it only had WiFi it would have been excellent review. I for one didn’t mind but the family would have liked having WiFi. Overall , we enjoyed the rustic view. Would absolutely stay there again.
