This was a very nice cabin stay. It is 3 levels, which should be mentioned in case someone has mobility issues. The lighting was dim or sporadic throughout the cabin and the wall outlets were too loose to keep the plugs from falling out. Those are my only 2 critiques though because this property provided everything we needed and was very relaxing and cozy. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
The stay at this place was amazing. Had a little hiccup with the door code, but it was fixed quickly with one phone call. Very nice and spacious in the hot tub was wonderful. Nice area and quiet but easily accessible to everything in the area, I love it and plan on going back.
They decorated the cabin for Christmas and it was super cute! I misunderstood the listing so didn’t realize one bedroom was a flight and a half down stairs but the bedroom upstairs had easier stairs to manage for my boyfriend and my parents were able to manage the downstairs. So if you have mobility issues, keep that in mind. It was very close to everything in town which was great! You can hear other people outside so if you’re sensitive to sound, bring earplugs to sleep in. Otherwise it was comfortable and clean and a cute cabin!
The cabin was close to town with resort amenities but still had the outdoor feel. The property manger was quick to respond with any questions I had. Over all it was an amazing stay
We enjoyed our week at Pigeon Forge! The cabin had plenty of room for our family of four. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were great in the hot weather. The cabin is only 5 minutes away from Pigeon Forge but is in a secluded development so it is nice and peaceful.
The cabin location was great. The only problem we had was because we were all over 75 years old and the steps to the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms were hard for us. The jacuzzi tub was also too high to get into to take a shower. The other shower was very slick and you had to be careful not to fall.

Glad you enjoy your stay if you read the description completely that the property is not handicap, friendly and describes the steps getting into the property and stairs going to the bedroom. In the future, when searching there is a option for showing only handicap accessible properties, which would eliminate properties with stairs. This option would allow you to find a property more suitable to your needs in the future. Once again, thank you for your business. And noting the property was in a great location and in other ways, met your expectations.
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. The owner was very accomodating and we enjoyed all the amenities offered at the resort. The location was perfect for wanting to be close to the action, yet still secluded.
Good place to stay. No big issues at all and everything worked fine. The only is situation we had it was the smell of gas at the bottom floor, even when there was no gas appliances there. Other than that no other issues and the area was closed to most attractions.
Glad you enjoyed your stay four out of five ain’t bad however some people just won’t give a five under any circumstances. Great guest hope to have them again in the future.
Location was wonderful. It was so close to everything but not on the main road. The cabin fit our needs, but downstairs bathroom needed a little work and all the blinds need replaced.
Me, my momand teenage daught came up from South Carolina. I only complaint was the stay wasn't long enough. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.
