Excellent Property on a Wonderful Location

Loft St. Germain was exactly as advertised on the site. It was a modern/contemporary living space in a charming older building. Located right across the street from the offices of Balenciaga, less than a block from le Bon Marche, le Epicurean, multiple supermarkets, brasseries and boulangeries, as well as fresh fruit vendors and the Vaneau metro, we could not ask for more.

Wonderful Parisian apartment.

My family had the most amazing stay in Paris. This apartment is in such a great location. It is close to everything and very safe. My family, twin girls 8, my husband and I had everything we needed. The owner’s communication was wonderful, meet and greet perfect, apartment equipped with everything you need for the perfect Paris stay. The apartment and view are even better than the pictures. We can’t say enough good things about this place and would recommend to anyone who wanted to visit Paris. We look forward to being able to return and would definitely stay here again.

Family Christmas Trip

The pictures are accurate and the location is great. It's right next to one of the best gourmet grocery stores in the world and the 6th is my favorite district in Paris. It's not a huge place but worked for our family of four. Communication and check in were a breeze and accommodating. Eifel tower view, what not to like.

Charming apartment

This is a charming apartment in a great location. The view of the Eiffel Tower is wonderful, especially at night. The check-in process was smooth. They were very responsive when we had any questions. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect Loft!

This loft was beautiful! It was exactly as it appeared in the photos and more. It was very clean, and there were small touches like great Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, plenty of kitchen tools, and a washer dryer. Highly recommend this place!

Good value

The location is amazing and the price is right. Nadia was exceptional and so accommodating and helpful. The loft bed was cozy. Cute view of the Eiffel Tower and walkable to everything. The couch had crumbs on it. They do need new sheets and a new duvet for the couch pull out comforter. They also need new towels-and I would suggest white so that you can bleach them. Also the fridge smelled like vinegar. The shower is super tiny so if you are bigger than 5’9 and 170lbs, you will struggle. Also the water pressure isn’t that strong. You have to leave the window open to put a hose out to use the air conditioner and it is really noisy with the window open, but quiets when it is closed. The fan upstairs was so nice.You can’t beat the location, size and price. The mini kitchen was nice too. It is up 2 flights of stairs-which is ok to pull up a carry on.

A perfect compact place for my daughter and me! We loved the location, the view, the layout, the amenities, the ease of making arrangements, the Cobblestone welcome and responsiveness. The apartment had everything we needed inside and the conveniences nearby abounded eg groceries and metro stops.

Best Location

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy little apartment very much. It was close to everything—an awesome upscale grocery store, an amazing coffee shops, boulangeries and patisseries galore, and stones throw away to the metro. We stayed here as if we were locals. The apartment was well equipped. The management company, Cobblestone Paris, was excellent to work with—prompt communication and helpful.

Very good location. Careful if you have mobility issues.

Apartment is very convenient to the Metro and is surrounded by excellent food shopping and restaurant options. The ‘bedroom’ is up a very narrow staircase and the ceiling height of the area is about 4.5 feet. You do literally ‘crawl’ into bed. Otherwise the apartment is comfortable and well outfitted. The common areas of the building are a bit rough, but the neighbors were very quiet.

Paris vacation

This loft is very well situated, close to metro station, grocery store and bakery/shops. Very far from all key things to do in Paris; need to take metro everyday. Since the metro is very close, the downfall is you hear it every 10-15 min & feel a bit the vibration (For the light sleepers, would not recommend) No sheets in bed, just duvet. Situated on second floor of building, no lights in hallways/stairs. Difficult to make out stairs at night. Outside garbage bins left at from door of building every night. Very exciting to see Eiffel Tower (top part) from the window. Air ventilation not great, feeling stuffy All in all, ok place to stay for the price but with a few downfalls

Great loft apartment for our family of 4! Loved the location! Easy access to the metro.

Our family of 4, with our two sons age 20 and 16, really enjoyed staying in this loft location in Paris. This apartment has a peek-a-boo view of the Eiffel Tower, which is cool to see lit up at night. There was a queen-size mattress up in the loft and a pull-out sofa bed down below in the living area. We had the boys sleep on the pull-out sofa bed and we slept up above in the loft. It is very cozy, and you need to duck down and crawl into the bed. This was fine for us. The apartment does have an air conditioner. However, it is a window air conditioner. So at some point, you need to decide if you want to close the windows so that you don't hear street noise, and then lose access to the air conditioner, or sleep with the window open so that you can use the air conditioner. They did provide fans to help with this. The first night, I closed the windows because I am such a light sleeper. However, the fans did not provide enough relief from the temperature. The second night, we kept the window open with the air conditioner on, and I put the louder fan up in the loft with me, so that I could drown out the outside noise with the white noise of the fan. This helped so much and is how we slept our remaining nights in the loft. There is a washer/dryer combo unit in the bathroom. This was super helpful for our family of 4 who packed light. The host was very helpful and a great communicator. Easy check-in and meet-up with keys. I would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Fantastic loft in a great location

This was the perfect place for our family. The loft was exactly as described, our host welcomed us with wine and chocolate and tons of helpful tips and recommendations. Communication was easy and quick and the loft is set up with everything we needed. The neighborhood is very nice and we could walk to lots of wonderful cafes and restaurants and to parks. There were 2 metro stations within 5 minutes walking. Overall, this was a fantastic stay.

One-week stay in Paris

The view from the apartment (with the top of the Eiffel Tower lighting up) is just as described and even better in person. Great location close to *everything* - so much shopping, multiple supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. and even a local organic farmers market in walking distance. Also close to major public transportation (bus/metro) so convenient to get to major tourist attractions. Heart of the city so the street is always busy and noisy, but that's to be expected. Just important to realize if you don't sleep well with street noise / city life at night. Actual building and neighbors are VERY quiet, and apartment was clean and equipped with everything you could ever need or think of.

spring break in Paris

Very clean, spacious for Paris lodging, great neighborhood, easy access to bus and 3 subway lines. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee, chocolate and the very informative guidebook; (the wine was also very thoughtful although we can't drink wine :)To watch the Eiffel Tower sparking every night on the hour from the apartment was extra special.

Lovely apartment in the Latin quarter

The apartment is central and quiet. It's very close to a metro station and a big supermarket. The kitchen is well equipped. We liked the Eiffel tower view at night.
