In Bardolino a SINGLE HOUSE (max 6 adults and 2 children) with lake view and a swimming pool shared with other properties. The house is composed of the main apartment which is located on the ground floor (entrance) and raised floor level on the west side.
The apartment consists of a living room, a dining area with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), one with a bathroom ensuite with shower, a passage room with 2 bunk beds (4 beds), another bathroom with a bath / shower, a spacious closed balcony area with sliding windows, a very large terrace (60 sqm) in the open which leads directly into the pool area. It also has a 150 sqm privat garden and a large garage and outdoor parking space. The owner reserves the rare occasional use of the 2 rooms in the basement with a small portion of garden on the west side.
It has TV with foreign channels, wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine and air-conditioning (for a fee).
The area is quiet, 500 meters from the lake and 1,3 km from the town center.

The pool is open from 10.05 to 01.10.

Einwandfreie Abwicklung und Super sauber

Abwicklung zur Anreise war einwandfrei, die Agentur ist sehr flexibel! Das Haus war super sauber somit lohnt sich die Zahlung der Kosten der Endreinigung. Die Lage des Hauses ist super , ein kleiner Einkaufsladen (Frische Brötchen, täglicher Einkauf)sind fußläufig zu erreichen.Abreise war sehr entspannt und die Argentur war wieder flexibel und hat eine frühe Abreise gern entgegen genommen.Wir kommen gern wieder.
