Villa Carolin -top location, panoramic view, small pool and 3000sqm for children



Villa Carolin (CIR-CODE 017187 - CNI00210) is located in an absolute panoramic situation above Toscolano-Maderno next to the picturesque little village Maclino. One enjoys here an incomparable view about the complete southern part of the Garda Lake, spreading from Isola del Garda to the rock of Manerba, the opposite headland S. Vigilio and further north to Monte Baldo.

To get to he lake takes only 5-10 autominutes.
The property with palms, lawns and olive trees is about 3,000 square metres and, hence, offers place for children to play as well as a small (approx. 3x4m) pool in quiet situation behind and above the house. Here you'll also find an outside shower (cold water) as well as a relaxing area for a restful day. 4 sun loungers as well as a table and chairs are available.

The house was built of 60th / to the 70s and is in his equipment according to this time. We have done quite some refurbishments that preserves the charm of the villa but offers all modern amenities for a nice holiday:
- newly furnitured living room
- modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher
- new modern bathrooms in upper floor and basement
- bedrooms and children room equipped with modern furniture and beds

The upper floor comprises the principal domicile with living/dining area, bedroom with double bed and air-conditioning, children's room with bed and child cot as well as bath (directly accesible from bedroom), kitchen and guests WC.

From the living/dining area one enjoys the view and has access on the generous panoramic terrace.

The upper floor is equipped for max. 2 adults and 2 children.

The Basement flat, which can be booked against a surcharge , comprises two bedrooms with double beds as well as a sitting room with folding couch.

Notwithstanding the above, you will always be only guest in the house and have exclusive use of the amenities and the property.

Maximum occupation is with 7 persons ( maximum 4 adults). From the 4th person and/or with additional reservation of the basement we calculate a surcharge of 25€ per person (basement minimum 2 additional persons).
Cleaning fee is 120€ (upper floor) resp. 150€ (both floors)

In immediate surroundings (300m) is the pizzeria "Rustichel" as well as the restaurant "Belvedere". Various other restaurants as well as several big supermarkets are accessible, like the beach, at 5-10 minutes by the car.

Linen for beds as well as towels (hand towel/bath towel each) are included per person, however, no bath towels for the beach/pool.

All windows are equipped with fly screens.

Holiday with friends

The view from Villa Carolin is amazing and we lived on the terrace! The property worked well for the four of us as we wanted a bedroom each. Felt it should be clearer in the listing that the two floors are not connected and only accessed from the outside. A small microwave would have been an advantage. Rolf and Sarah were brilliant at communicating with us, before and during our stay.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Carolin sehr genossen. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen dort, es war reichlich Platz und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.Der Blick von der Terasse ist wie auf den Bildern gezeigt einmalig, haben oft dort gesessen, der Garten ist gepflegt und bietet viel Platz für Ballspiele, der Pool ist klein aber sehr schön anglegt und sauber. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück.Die Villa Carolin ist oberhalb von Maderno sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Küche ist klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Bis auf die Bäder ist die Einrichtung/Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit grandiosem Blick und sehr viel Garten!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, das große Gartengrundstück war für die Kinder toll zum spielen und der Pool eine schöne Abkühlung! Einziger Wermutstropfen war das untere Apartment im Haus, das etwas dunkel ist und nicht ganz so einladend.Dennoch würden wir das Haus sicher weiterempfehlen!

Unglaubliche Aussicht. Tolles geräumiges Haus

Es war ein so schöner Urlaub. Der Ort ist traumhaft mit seiner Seepromenade und alle weiteren schönen Orte sind gut erreichbar. Das Haus entsprach genau unserem Geschmack, war sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Ausblick auf den See ist ein Traum und wir kehren gerne wieder zurück in dieses schöne Haus mit Pool

Kurzer Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in den Süden

Wir waren das dritte Mal am Monte Maderno. Diesmal vereinbarten wir mit den Hausherren Andreas einen kurzen Aufenthalt auf unserer Reise ins südliche Italien. Es war wieder, wenn auch ein kurzer, aber doch ein gewohnter wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Örtlichkeiten sind uns gut bekannt und wir genießen den Blick am Morgen auf den See. Es ist einfach ein himmlischer Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Familienurlaub am Gardasee

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Baby 1 Woche in der Villa Carolin verbracht. Die Lage mit Blick über Maderno und den See waren herausragend. Die Ausstattung und Möblierung im sehr geräumigen Haus ließen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Alles in Allem eine sehr schöne Wohnanlage.

Entspannter Urlaub am Lago di Garda 08/2023

Zum wiederholten mal machen wir Urlaub in der Villa Carolin. Ein Ort zum abschalten, da es nicht direkt am See liegt sondern etwas oberhalb des Ortes. Der Blick von hier ist atemberaubend. Wenn man Abwechslung haben möchte,fährt man halt ca. 2 km runter in den Ort. Bemerkenswert ist das hier im Haus ständig etwas erneuert wird. Was den Gästen zugute kommt. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter und Verwalter für alles.Wir kommen wieder. René Röttges

Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit Freunden und Familie

Sehr schöne Lage mit perfektem Seeblick. Schöner großer Garten mit kleinem Pool (groß genug für die Familie). Haus hat von außen einige kosmetische Mängel, innen aber sehr sauber, Bäder neu! Weiche Matratzen. Untere Wohneinheit (Souterrain) insgesamt recht dunkel. Etwas ungewöhnlich: Es gibt dort keine Kleiderschränke. Wir haben die beiden Wohneinheiten mit einer befreundeten Familie bewohnt und uns die obere Terrasse und die Küche im oberen Geschoss geteilt. Das hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Fast alles perfekt

Wir waren schon zu zweiten Mal hier uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Panoramasicht ist nicht zu toppen. Ein besonderes Lob für Rolf der immer da ist, wenn er gebraucht wird. Wir würden gern wiederkommen aber die neuen hohen Preise kann man sich bald nicht mehr leisten. Simone und Detlef

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Das Haus ist nicht top modern aber mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht und darüber hinaus ausgestattet. Der Blick auf den Gardasee ist unbeschreiblich, das Grundstück mit dem Pool wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit den Ansprechpartnern vor Ort war super. Wir würden dort immer wieder gerne zu Gast sein.

Erholung in der Villa Carolin

Erneut kann ich nur wiederholen das es wieder wunderschön war. Dieses Jahr hat unser Enkel (7 Jahre) im Hauspool schwimmen gelernt. Unser persönliches Highlight war ein großes Feuerwerk im Hafen von Toscolano, das wir von unserer Terrasse aus beobachten konnten. Phänomenal !!! Jeder von uns freut sich schon auf das nächste Jahr. Gardasee - Liebe PUR - Ausblick lässt man sich bezahlen

"Wir hatten uns in dem Ferienhaus gut gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war i.O. Der Panoramablick auf den Gardasee war einfach klasse und sehr fotogen. Für den Preis der Unterkunft hätten wir einen Verbesserungs-Vorschlag, um den Pool zu genießen: Die Pooltreppe müsste schnellstens erneuert werden. Ich habe mir mein Schienbein beim Aussteigen verletzt. Die Treppe wackelt gefährlich und rutscht in Richtung Poolmauer. Nicht kindergerecht! Die Angabe der Pooltiefe in Ihrem Internetangebot wäre dazu für Kinder auch nicht uninteressant. Die Ruhe war sehr eingegrenzt, da die Fahrzeuge am Grundstück entlang zum Teil ( Enduros, Sportautos...) mit einer Motor-Überdrehung vorbeigerauscht sind.......... trotzdem, wir kommen gerne wieder an den Gardasee. Vielleicht durch ein anderes gutes Angebot in Ihrem Internet-Fe-Wo-Angebot."

Eine super Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine tolle und heiße Zeit am Gardasee…das Haus ist echt super. Für 2 Paare optimal, da wir beide Etagen gemietet hatten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. An Hausstand war alles vorhanden. Der Pool im Garten war für die heiße Zeit einfach nur klasse. Von den Ausflügen nach Hause, sind wir sofort in den Pool zum Abkühlen. Und die Aussicht war einfach nur herrlich. Vielen Dank nochmal an Familie Schmidt.

Ein Traum

FEWO in traumhafter und ruhiger Lage mit Panoramablick auf den Gardasee. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Mit allen wichtigen Informationen wurden wir im Vorfeld bzw. bei Schlüsselübergabe versorgt. Das weitläufige Areal mit eigenem Pool ist perfekt für Urlaub mit Kindern. Gerne wieder…

Kurzaufenthalt in der Villa Carolin

Nachdem wir letztes Jahr im Oktober schon den Aufenthalt in der Villa Carolin genießen konnten, durften wir dieses Jahr einen kleinen Zwischenstopp hier einlegen. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zudem wurde im Winter das obere Bad noch erneuert. Für uns das Schönste ist jedoch immer der Blick von Terrasse auf den See. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Der Verwalter hilft sofort. Der kleine Laden bei der Kirche (ca. 150m vom Haus) bietet frische Brötchen und alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Rundum ist die Villa Carolin ein perfektes Feriendomizil für uns.

Toller Blick, alles hat gepaßt

Haus gepflegt und sauber, großes Grundstück und viel Platz, gerade in Corona Zeiten idealer Urlaub. Terrasse mit genialem Blick, Küche und auch sonst vieles neu. Viel zu sehen in der Umgebung, netter schneller Kontakt mit Vermieter und Verwalter vor Ort, nächstes Jahr gern wieder!

Toller Kurzurlaub

Wir fanden ein Ferienhaus wie beschrieben vor. Komplett eingerichtet (auch die Küche), sehr sauber, es war alles sehr geräumig und somit genügend Stauraum in Schränken für alles Gepäck gegeben. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und der Service des Hausverwalters war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Alles in allem - Super! Ein Ort, den man gerne wieder anfährt.

Villa Carolin

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist überwiegend neu renoviert. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und das Grundstück mit seinem alten Baumbestand ist traumhaft. Die Abende auf der Aussichtsterrasse waren wunderschön. Nur samstags ist der Lärm von der Straße etwas störend (bis tief in die Nacht). Für die Villa selbst hätte ich ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Die Einfahrtsituation ist sehr eng, das Ausfahren auf die Straße ist riskant. Man könnte die Hecke links und rechts der Torstützen auf einen Meter entfernen und weiter nach innen pflanzen. Also eine Aufweitung herstellen. Außerdem ist der betonierte Wasserleithubbel am Boden zu hoch, und der längere Torflügel schleift am Boden. -Die Zugangstür zur unteren Wohnung klemmt ein bisschen und die Badzimmertür sollte auch unten ein wenig abgenommen werden. Schleift beim Öffnen teilweise am Boden. -In der oberen Wohnung funktioniert der Schließmechanismus des Insektenschutzes an der Tür zur oberen Terrasse nicht, Ein Teil ist in der Höhe falsch montiert. -Allgemein ist die Organisation der Mülltrennung und Entsorgung nicht optimal gelöst. Es fehlen für die Müllsorten Papier, Restmüll trocken, und Plastik entsprechende Behälter oder Säcke. Insgesamt ist die Villa Carolin jedoch ein tolles Feriendomizil und auf jeden Fall besuchenswert. Für die Mosquitos in den Schattenbereichen des Grundstückes kann der Eigentümer ja nichts. Wir 4 Erwachsene und unser Kleinkind haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die oben genannten Verbesserungsvorschläge sind absolute Kleinigkeiten und stellen keinen Hinderungsgrund für einen erneuten Aufenthalt dar.
