Villa Baia Del Vento is divided into two floors and offers a stunning location on the beach, perfect if you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday near the lake. Visit our website. Ground floor/mezzanine floor , garden of 1000 sq m, open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room with tv, master bedroom and bathroom equipped with shower; the ground floor is linked to the basement floor, which is composed of two master bedrooms, bathroom with bath tub and shower and wide courtyard. You’ll enjoy a private direct access to the beach of Baia del Vento, since the villa is located just on the beach! Pebbly beach and lake with fine sand. The beach also offers a paddle boat rent service, a bar and an excellent restaurant/pizzeria just 20 metres away.

Beautiful villa, fantastic location

This villa is even more beautiful than the photos! It was very easy to find and the check in and out was very easy thanks to the lovely Sergio and Marco. It is located right on the beach with a fantastic restaurant next door which was very handy for drinks, ice cream and evening meals. We had hired a car but now that we have been there, think when we stay again we will walk and get buses or taxis. Would throughly recommend this wonderful villa.

Beautiful location right on the shore of Lake Garda

Impressive, comfortable and very well designed with stylish furniture beach villa. We stayed at the villa for two weeks and enjoyed the house as well as the more than 100% service of our host Sergio and Marco. Everything was well in order and verry wel equiped. This villa lived up to all our expectations from looking at the photos online and reading previous reviews. The villa was spacious extremely clean and lovely and comfortable. The view of the lake was spectacular and we spent a lot of time sitting admiring it whilst the children enjoyed the pool. Sergio was a lovely host and his welcome goodies were most appreciated after a long day travelling. The beach beside the villa was frequented mainly by local people as was the restaurant nearby which showed how excellent it was. We would go back in a heartbeat it was just perfect,

A wonderful villa

On arrival we were amazed by the villa, its location and the pool, just beautiful. A well kept and clean villa, we spent most of our time in or by the pool, the water temperature was fresh, but it didn’t stop us from having fun, it improved as the week went on with better weather,. The restaurant next door has amazing food and we were made very welcome. Lake Garda is beautiful, we enjoyed exploring the local towns, hired a boat and took the train to Venice The only thing we felt was missing for a family with 3 children was a smart or modern TV for those rainy days, but this did not spoil our holiday. Thank you Sergio for your kind welcome, support and we hope to stay again. Kind regards Tarnya and family

Fantastic villa by the Lake

A really well equipped Villa about 20m from the lakeside. We stayed as a family of 4 (kids 18 and 17yo), it was a perfect week away. The house was fantastic, air-con and pool worked a treat to keep everyone cool. Salo is a short drive away if you want to experience a bit of atmosphere in the evening, the villa is well equipped if you want to cook yourself, and if you want a night off the restaurant over the road offers well priced Italian favourites. While the villa does back on to quite a popular little beach, don't let that put you off. There is very little noise and the beachgoers can't see over the hedge into the villa. It also means you have pedalo, SUP and kayak hire on your doorstep if that appeals. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Special Birthday Holiday

Sergio is the perfect host and nothing is too much trouble for him. He, and his nephew, who speaks excellent English, greeted us on our arrival and explained everything about the property. The villa is very well equipped and exactly as shown in all the photos. We were so pleased with the fresh fruit bowl and flowers Sergio had as a welcome gift for us , also the wine and water in the fridge. We had beautifully weather during our stay and made great use of the pool and sun beds. The seating area in the shade was also well used by us all. There is a lovely family run restaurant across the road and we made great use of it. The owners and staff were all very friendly and I was their first customer at 8am every morning for breakfast of a cappuccino and croissant. We ate there most evenings but made two trips out. One to a restaurant and organic wine shop in Portese, and one to the very good fish restaurant beside the beach at Poto Portese. I am sure that anyone who is staying at Sergio’s beautiful villa will leave feeling very relaxed and happy

Exceptional villa, fantastic location

We've just returned from two weeks at this villa at the end of August / beginning of September. We were very impressed by the photos when we booked it - the reality is way better than the photos. It is an immaculate property, beautifully decorated, spacious and luxurious. The owner, Sergio, is an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. He met us to show us around the villa when we arrived and it is obvious he is very proud of it, and he has every right to be. There were four adults when we stayed, the villa would easily and comfortably accommodate six adults. We were lucky to have fantastic weather all the time we were there and so spent a lot of time outside. You are right next to a public beach with good facilities and your own access to the beach but in the grounds of the villa you are totally private. There is a wonderful restaurant / bar literally steps away from the villa. We ate there a few times and also had a number of takeaways from there too. There are also numerous restaurants within a few minutes drive. The villa is well located for exploring the area, there a number of ferry ports close by and we also drove into the mountains, around the lake (despite what we had heard about traffic congestion we had no problems driving around the lake) and to Verona which is an easy hours drive away. If you are considering this villa book it, you won't be disappointed.

Why they chose this property

I bought this enchanting property for its unique location opposite the lake, with a magnificent view of the Lake of Garda, but also because when I was a child I always saw it while I was riding my bike. I didn’t imagine that later I would buy it with my wife. Then we decided to make it special building a magnificent swimming pool of 10 x4.50 m with some steps that allow you to enter it easily. Inside the swimming pool, on both sides, there is a bench where you can relax. The infinity pool has a salt filtration system so that the chlorine won’t damage your skin. There are plenty of centuries-old olive trees. Both the plants and the grass are well kept. This villa will offer you quietness, relax, harmony and joy.

What makes this property unique

We decided to give for rent our private property in order to let our guests discover a real corner of paradise. The magic of the Lake of Garda with its stunning colours will seduce you. Enjoy the sunny days laying on the loungers while admiring the lake of Bresciana and Veronese with its coloured lights in the background. At morning you can see the boats in the lake and the wonderful Isola del Garda, as well as San Fermo. If you want to swim in the lake, after walking on the pebbly beach, you will find a stunning water with fine sand. We are waiting for you! Bye!
