This house in Tignale Italy was on a beautifully landscaped property in the mountains. The yard was a wonderland of flowers and plants in all colors. We just couldn’t stop looking at it. The home is an older home, very traditional, and utterly Italian. There was no air conditioning or fans however and the house heated up a lot during the daytime hours. There were numerous keys to keep up with, as all the doors had different keys. Also there were no inside stairs between upper and lower floors. The pool area and the view from the pool were magnificent.!Our family had a wonderful stay here but it was difficult for older people.

Million Dollar View

Die Außenanlage des Hauses ist wunderschön und man hat eine atemberaubende Sicht über den Gardasee untermalt vom Duft des dort wachsenden Lavendels. Auch wenn die Fahrt dort hin durch die teilweise sehr enge und vor allem steile Straße etwas abenteuerlich ist, haben wir alle den Aufenthalt in der Casa Rosina sehr genossen und haben nur schweren Herzens wieder die Heimreise angetreten. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, vor allem die drei Bäder waren bei der Anzahl von 10 Personen wirklich ein großer Vorteil. Schön war auch, dass für die Kinder sogar einiges an Spielsachen vorhanden war. Die Kommunikation und Organisation im Vorfeld klappte reibungslos, die vielen Tipps hinsichtlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und anderen Dingen waren super. Ich werde dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Einfach super, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Der Garten und Pool waren hervorragend gepflegt. In der Küche alles vorhanden an Küchenutensilien. Ein Fliegenfenster in der Küche würde das Lüften vereinfachen.

Schöne Unterkunft

Schönes Haus mit super Aussicht! Kommunikation im Vorraus etwas mühsam, was jedoch an Zweifeln an unserer Reisegruppe (10 junge Leute) lag. Vor Ort dann jedoch sehr nett.

Großes, geräumiges Haus mit tollem Garten & Ausblick

Das Objekt liegt ziemlich weit oben in den Bergen mit einer abenteuerlichen Straßenführung, aber dieser Ausblick ist es definitiv wert! Der Garten ist sehr groß, wunderschön und wirklich gepflegt. Von der Außenanlage mit Garten, Pool und mehreren Terrassen waren wir begeistert, auch die gesamte Ausstattung! Es gibt genügend Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten, Sonnenschirme und sogar für die Kinder einiges an Spielsachen. Das Haus an sich ist schon etwas älter, aber schön groß und geräumig, wir hatten zu acht genügend Platz und jeder hatte seinen Rückzugsort. Leider war nur ein Schlafzimmer von vier komplett abdunkelbar. Die kleineren Sauberkeitsmängel konnten wir schnell selbst beseitigen. Allerdings sollten manche Gebrauchsgegenstände immer mal wieder ausgetauscht werden (v.a. Besteck, Küchenuntensilien, Bettwäsche). Das ist kein großer Aufwand und macht direkt einen besseren Eindruck. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Familienurlaub sehr genossen und haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wirklich positiv war auch die Kommunikation im Voraus, wir haben alle notwendigen Infos, Tipps und Fragen beantwortet bekommen. Wir könnten uns durchaus vorstellen, nochmal hier her zu kommen!

Die Lage des Hauses, der Pool,die Frühstücksterrasse incl. Blick, der Garten,dafür gibt es nur ein Superlativ,außergewöhnlich schön! Die nicht optimale Raumaufteilung und die kleineren Mängel bei der Sauberkeit haben uns nicht beeinträchtigt , wir haben einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub verbracht.

Garda with a view!

The house is situated in a small village 10 minuted drive (steep) uphill. It is very charming and simply -but nicely- decorated. Everything you need is there (except for towels and linen; they are not included in the price and a considerable amount will be charged separately) The upper and lower part of the house are not connected. The kitchen, living room and one bedrooms are situated 'upstairs', the other bedrooms are ' downstairs'. You walk through the garden to reach the different parts of the house. With kids this is something to take into consideration. The beds are good! There is no airconditioning and as it can become very hot, it is important to keep the house well ventilated during the cooler periods of the day. As life is mostly outside we have not experienced this as a problem. The house has beautiful and large garden and a very nice pool on a separate terrace. The views from the house/garden are mind-blowing. We spent a great week in the house with 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids (8-11). We can recommend it!

Wonderful family holiday house

Wonderful house, gardens, bbq area and pool with lots of space for extended family and children. In a lovely quiet village with spectacular views of the lake. Bar, pizzeria(pizza on weekends only) and small shop are walking distance from the house. The house is comfortable and clean and has everything you might need including toys for all aged children. Make sure to let Rosina know your arrival time or if you are delayed so she can arrange key collection. We arrived late and nothing was arranged so we can only give 2 stars for check-in unfortunately.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus oberhalb des Gaerdasees

Gabi .R. / Jena Mit " Casa Rosina " fanden wir ein ideales Ferienhaus für gemeinsame Sommertage mit unserer drei Generationen- Familie ( 9 Personen ) . Das gesamte Objekt entsprach in allen Belangen der Beschreibung und war Voraussetzung für einen sehr zufriedenen Aufenthalt . Das Haus bot ausreichend Platz für alle . Die 3 Bäder empfanden wir als zusätzlichen Komfort . Die mediterrane Blumenpracht im gepflegten , großen Garten , sowie der sehr schöne Pool sorgten - besonders für die Kinder - für uneingeschränkte Wohlfühlatmosphäre . Bestens in Erinnerung bleibt uns vor allem der traumhafte Ausblick zum See mit dem Monte Baldo Massiv . Diesen Blick hat man immer , von der Terrasse bei gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten , von der Veranda , vom Garten . Und am Abend erleuchtet das Lichtermeer am See . Wunderschön ! Das Haus befindet sich in Piovere , einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Tignale . Ziele , die man recht schnell erreicht sind das Hochplateau von Tignale , Gargnano , Salo und Limone . Alle Abstimmungen mit unserer Vermieterin verliefen reibungslos . Vielen Dank . Dieses Ferienobjekt können wir in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.

Family Holiday

We spend really nice family holiday in Monte Baldo. House was big enough for us and for the kids the place was the best. The best thing was the view. That was something you have to see. Enjoying your morning coffee watching mountains and the lake is breathtaking moment. I really recomend this place to visit and the garden as the swimming pool is really good for the kids.

Fabulous!

We were two families with children that spent two really nice weeks here. The view is stunning, and we had many great dinners at the terrace. Everything was clean, the garden was beautiful, and of course the swimming pool was a great pleasure for the children. There is a great deal of opportunities to excursions around the lake. There are some smaller food stores, butcher and bakery in the village on the opposite side of the valley, so you don't have to go very far to get some Italian delicacies. We wold really like to return there someday!

Ein Ferienhaus vom allerfeinsten!! Über der wildromantischen Ortschaft Piovere thronend, sind Lage und vor allen Dingen der atemberaubende Ausblick dieses absoluten Traumhauses nicht zu übertreffen! Die top Innenausstattung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Sauberkeit lassen absolut keine Wünsche offen. Abgerundet wird das Angebot mit einem traumhaften Pool das in einen idyllischen mediteranen Garten eingebettet ist. Wir waren einfach BEGEISTERT und wollten garnicht mehr wegfahren!!

Die Casa Rosina ist einfach ein Ferienparadies!! Man lebt den ganzen Tag draussen -der südländische Garten mit Palmen, Zypresen, Feigen-, Oliven- und Zitronenbäume und der atemberaubende Blick auf den See und die umliegenden Berge lässt einen jeden Alltagsstress vergessen. Für Jung und Alt ist das Haus und die Lage ein absolutes Paradies für Sportliebhaber. Beim Tischtennis spielen im Garten, schwimmen im Pool oder See (ca. 15min mit dem Auto oder 75min zu Fuss als schöne Wanderung durch die Olivenhaine), Versteckenspielen im Garten oder beim Wandern direkt vom Haus aus in die Berge, kann man sich so richtig sportlich austoben. Die Lage ist auch für Kulturliebhaber sehr zu empfehlen. Nicht nur die wunderschönen Küstenstädte Gargnano oder Salo sind einen Besuch Wert, sondern auch die umliegenden Städte Verona (Oper in der Arena), Bergamo oder Brescia sind für eine Tagestour gut zu erreichen. Ich fühlte mich sehr gut durch den Vermieter vorbereitet und betreut. Ich würde die Casa Rosina auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!

Einmalig 400 m über dem Gardasee mit Blick

Sprachlos! Einmaliger Blick über den Gardasee bis zum Südufer. Das wunderschöne Haus bietet für viele Ansprüche ein optimales Umfeld zum Erholen und Entspannen. Eigentlich möchte man den Garten und den Blick über den Gardasee nicht missen und hält sich gerne am oder im Pool, in unterschiedlichen Ecken des wunderschönen Gartens oder am großen Esstisch auf der Terrasse mit Grill auf. Aber es wandert sich auch herrlich in die Berge und Täler hinter dem Haus. Oder man fährt 15 min zum Gardasee, um zu schwimmen oder zu surfen oder herrlich bummeln zu gehen. Wir haben das Haus wie ausführlich beschrieben vorgefunden - sauber und gepflegt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen!
