Almost First Beach front house 30 meters far away from the sand .Private entrance for the building ,You have the feeling that you live on an island, there is a large garden with trees on the back of the house. Also 2 parking spaces for cars.The house is almost new.Airport of Athens is 28 Km (17 miles) far away and Lavrio Port 14.4 Km (9 miles),city of Keratea is 11.8 Km ( 7.3 miles).That's a family house perfect for summer holidays!
