Great location in Pensacola Beach

My family had a wonderful stay. The condo looks out over the beach and the Gulf and is steps away from the sand. The unit was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the neighborhood is quiet! I recommend this property.

We were sad to leave, a couple technical hiccups but y'all were quick to oblige us. We had a blessed time, thanks for taking care of us. PS. Wish badly that Regency had some pet friendly condos because we could stay longer.

Nice property. Location was great. Beach is right out front. Only two minor complaints, the air conditioner in our unit vents on the balcony, therefore fairly loud and hot air blowing on the balcony. Somewhat annoying but we survived. Also, the dryer in our unit took forever to dry anything. We didn’t do a ton of laundry but what we did do took forever to dry. Overall great place.

Perfect place to watch the Blue Angels's without the crowds

This property is right on the Gulf. The pool was super clean. Parking was good. Inside the Condo the decor was a little dated. A little paint could go a long way. Bring extra dish towels with you. The dryer was very small and it took forever to dry things especially towels. No pot holders. The tank on the toilet in the master was being fixed when we walked in at 4 but issue was resolved. Disposal wasn't working and the had to order a new one. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Love Pensacola Beach!

Regency Tower had major issues the week we stayed at our lovely condo. Unfortunately there was no communication to tell us when could use out 2nd bathtub. Miscommunication once we complained about the painting of our front door. And when we had no water for over 24 hours, it was up to us to find water. Asking for partial refund.

The air conditioner on the balcony was noisy and blew out hot air. Was not enjoyable to sit out there. The sink in the bathroom leaked and the light wouldnt work in the bathroom and the furnace filter was very dirty, the carpet was not very nice.would not stay in that unit again. But the beach was pretty.it rained 3 of our 4 days and there was not much to do in Pensacola.

Pros: Clean & quiet. Easy to navigate to & around the property. We LOVED the quick access to the beach & the beach views from the balcony. We appreciated the luggage carts! Easy drive to shopping & restaurants etc. We felt safe! Suggestions for improvements: regular beach chairs on balcony instead of high top table and chairs. We felt the wind would topple us over! We would’ve appreciated a couple sand chairs to take down to the beach. We could’ve used a colander for draining pasta, rinsing fruits & veggies. The ice supply was sufficient for the two of us, but wouldn’t support a family of 4 or more. We could’ve used a few insulated tumblers and/or water bottles. We appreciate when those are provided. The mattresses were soft, but comfortable. We could’ve used a couple flat pillows. It’s nice to have options.

Condo was nice and well maintained on the inside. Two things made our stay not so great. The mattresses are very soft...to the point that 2 out of 4 of us had sore backs the entire time we were there. The other problem was the washer/dryer. The stackable model appeared to be quite old. You could only wash or dry at one time. You could not wash clothes and dry clothes at the same time. Both the washer and dryer were tiny inside. You can fit maybe a 2-3 tee shirts and 2-3 pairs of shorts at a time. For our family of 4 this was a major inconvenience.

We went to your beach (7 hours from home) for "three days" to visit family coming down from Kentucky. Visited their 'townhouse' unit and was very impressed. The quality I expected for $300 per day. My condo unit 501W, was like an old beach motel unit. Just not impressed. We would not do the 7 hours again just to visit your place. However, your staff was very friendly and helpful. They don't know their directions (could not get GPS to find Pensacola beach...) so we flew blind the last few miles. Didn't realize we had two islands to travel; told the lady I was driving up and down Gulf Breeze, and she said just keep going north, I would see their sign on the left... You think I was lost! Just happened to see the sign to "Pensacola Beach", took it, and realized there were two islands. I would suggest in all the material you send out, send a little simple map from I-10 to the location of your office.

Great location, easy beach access, clean floors!

Time to Pensacola and it was wonderful! Pros: Great location, easy beach access, clean pool area. Floors were clean. We've stayed places before where shoes/socks were needed due the to dirty floors, but not here. Other than the sand that gets tracked in of course. The water heater is a beast! 4 of us could shower in a row and not run out and that's two girls having to wash hair and all the things too! Cons: While the water heater did great, the shower heads are sad. Definitely need an upgrade on those. There's water damage on/in the wall in both bathrooms near the shower, especially the bathroom by the kitchen. Needs new paint on the doors and trim. The paint is peeling off. Doesn't have an effect on the use of the home, it just doesn't look the greatest. Owners should look into getting a new HVAC unit as well. It's very loud when it kicks on and not consistent throughout. The living room would be freezing, but the master bedroom still stuffy. I would also suggest a new/bigger stackable washer/dryer. We could only wash maybe 3 towels at time and very few clothes when washing those because it's so small. The dryer also took forever to dry things. I don't mean to sound negative, just giving a realistic review, but overall the place was fine and we'd definitely stay here again!

Nice view but...

The view in this property was great to see the ocean, but the listing was full of letdowns and quite deceiving. First off, the bedrooms were split such that 2 queens were in one and 2 twins in the other. The twin beds in the photos look distorted as a queen size (2 pillows in width). This was very frustrating for a vacation with multiple adults. The living room furniture was also different from the photos. In addition, the air conditioning unit was sluggish and would not cool temperatures efficiently often taking several hours for a few degrees. Subsequently, the tennis courts on site were padlocked and no key was provided to access. The property manager did not express any care or concern to correct these matters. The view and beach access make it 2 out of 5 stars, but that’s a bit of stretch.
