Stayed at location for 5 days in August 2020. The location is fantastic just a short walk into Conwy. It’s ideally placed as a base to explore wales. The property is clean and well kept. I could not fault it. The owners were very good at communicating and I knew they were on hand should there be a problem. My kids 2 and 5 loved the house and we’ve all had a great time
Property & location are great, however we had an issue on the Saturday evening when around 2130hrs there was a knock on the door when I answered the door the man from next door complained that we were noisy and I quote " You people come here, this is a residential area I have put up with this for 3 yrs and am in touch with Environmental Health" Prior to the knock on the door he had been revving a motorbike outside the downstairs bedroom window for 10 mins,we did not complain. We were not particularly loud and the whole incident put a damper on our family weekend. Clients should not be subjected to abuse by neighbouring properties.
