Villa Janas is a luxurious and large villa, the ideal place to spend a pleasant vacation in total relaxation in a property of about 1,000 m² with a large patio and a swimming pool with emerald green water.

Villa Janas is situated on a promontory that gently slopes toward the Coral Riviera. The town of Alghero is about 4km from the villa.

The 400 m² villa is ideal for 10/12 people and consists of two floors.

Red trachyte stones, olive trees and Mediterranean scrub, farm with animals, frame the property and ensure total privacy throughout.


Villa Janas has inside 4 large bedrooms each with private bathroom, extra beds, outdoor shower, covered verandas and a spectacular view of the valley that slopes down to the sea.

The 'decor that distinguishes the outdoor spaces is very sophisticated.

All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, hair dryer, heat pumps/air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, desk.

Inside:

- large finely decorated living area with living room, dining area and equipped kitchen, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, air conditioning, unlimited Wifi system.

- large veranda facing the pool: ideal place for relaxing in the shade, roasting and outdoor living.

- the pool provides an oasis of privacy for sunbathing or simply relaxing.

- One double bedroom with 1 single bed and overlooking the balcony and view of the garden and pool and a bathroom with shower;

The property is located on the road leading to the village of Olmedo, just outside Alghero. A distance that even in the height of summer can be traveled in about 10 minutes at most. Ideal for 5 couples, a family or a group of friends.

BEACH TOWELS ON REQUEST WITH AN ADDITIONAL COST OF 10 EURO per person per stay.
It is allowed for the 'host or maintenance person to come in to maintain the facilities.

The rent will be based on the number of people indicated at the time of booking.
Pets will not be accepted unless authorized by the host.
To be paid on arrival in cash tourist tax.
