Our 2 double bedroom Cottage,which is a part of Villa Mirabella, has all the modern facilities and services available, internet Wifi, smart HD tv, UK TV channels, a new modern fully equipped kitchen, aircon in the bedrooms, large relaxing lounge , dining area, indoor and outdoor dining , laundry, 3 garden terraces , large shower, bathroom, toilet , and separate toilet on the ground floor. outside dinning terrace, lawned area, flagged sun Terrace , exclusive cottage private pool (5mts) .
Also we are available to help and advise if needed.
We are situated in an ideal area for walking, cycling, horse riding, running,etc. we are centrally located in Italy to visit Rome, Perugia, Florence, Assisi and many amazing Umbrian hilltop towns to enjoy, or just relaxing with the beautiful 360 degree views, we are offer a service inclusive of cleaning and bed linen laundry, and a snack and prosecco welcome pack on arrival, we look forward to welcoming you to our little bit of the Umbria.
Please be aware that the property is not suitable for children under 12 years or todlers as the garden is on 3 terraces.
We are located close to Todi in central Umbria , in an ancient village called Cecanibbi , which means "blind Hannibal " legend has it this is where Hannibal camped when injured in the eye, fighting the Romans 2200+ years ago . the area is steeped in history , and is one of the most visually stunning in central Italy.
The perfect thing for us is to be able to take advantage of living in this wonderful area without suffering the inconvenience of being isolated from the real world, being only 5 minutes from all the things you need in the modern world.
Our little "Borgo" is delightful, we have an super village hall that opens on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday night serving pizza, pasta and roast meats all made and cooked in the kitchen by the local "Grandma's and Mum's". We are genuinely only 5 mins from Todi with the best preserved medieval piazza in Italy, delicious home made award winning Ice-cream at Pianganni, lovely wine bar and may restaurants to chose from.
Locally to us there are many walks, horse riding is available, needs booking, and we have 2 mountain bike for your use on the many miles/kms of tracks and quite roads .
