The Borgo is built in a rigorous Mediterranean style with extensive use of precious local stone, and is integrated by large green spaces, it is located on a splendid natural promontory that overlooks the well-known beaches and bays of Porto Pollo and overlooks the renowned Maddalena archipelago. The splendid sandy beaches are lapped by a crystal clear emerald sea. All housing units are furnished in keeping with the architectural style. The kitchens are fully furnished and functional. In the immediate vicinity (from 200 to 800 m) there are restaurants with a typical Sardinian menu, pizzerias, a bar-tobacconist's, a mini-market with a vast assortment of food and household goods.
