This brand new renovated DUPLEX77 with terrace and view of the Canigou is situated in the heart of Céret. The apartment is designed minimalist, with a twist of industrial influences, yet luxuriously well equipped. The picturesque narrow streets quickly bring you to the vibrant city centre, with a relaxed southern atmosphere and only 300 meters from the museum of modern art. All amenities within walking distance.
The loft-style kitchen gives a spacious impression. The brand new comfortable sofas are on their way to be positioned around the big tv screen. The kitchen is equipped with induction fire, a microwave hot-air oven and everything else you need to cook. The staircase leads to the mezzanine with the master bedroom and bathroom. From the adjoining terrace you can enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains. You will enjoy many french apero on the terrace in the comfy lounge chairs.

Very nice and comfortable property

Very comfortable, modern decoration, and complete. Nice that there is airconditioning available. Great location close to the town centre and easy to park within a short walking distance.

Nice and pleasant

Très bien. Juste la procédure pour la clef de la porte d’entrée est moyenne car si un voisin l’emporte on reste bloqué devant ce qui a été malheureusement le cas mais heureusement après notre arrivée.

Leuk, nieuw en schoon appartement in een gezellig dorp

Erg leuk appartement, leuk ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer uitgebreide keuken en heerlijk alles nieuw nog terwijl het wel in een oud gebouw is. Dat maakt het zo sfeervol. Goede bedden! Leuk dat je zo het dorpje kunt inlopen naar een boulangerie, restaurantje, winkeltjes of terrasjes. Zeker een aanrader dit appartement! Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep ook heel fijn en snel. Enige nadeel was dat de auto niet voor de deur geparkeerd kan worden, maar op 5 minuten lopen. Op een parkeerplaats kon je de auto prima kwijt. Wij vonden dat geen probleem.
