One-bedroom apartment located on the front line of the Mar Menor, very close to the Mediterranean and with incredible views. It has a bedroom with a comfortable and new double bed, bathroom with bathtub, open and fully equipped kitchen. The living room, with a spacious and new sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children), gives access to the terrace with sea views.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker and utility room with washing machine and water heater. The lounge-dining room has a new sofa bed, television and dining area for four people.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom and fibre optic internet.
It is located in the Seychelles Residential complex, with two communal swimming pools normally open from May to September (opening dates to be confirmed according to season).

The urbanisation, Seychelles, is located at km 14, on the seafront of the Mar Menor and just 50 metres from the Mediterranean. It has 2 community swimming pools, open in 2024 from 10 May to the end of September, from 9 to 2pm and from 5 to 8pm.
About 50 metres away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets...
It is about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Port of Tomás Maestre, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.
Furthermore, in this same area of Tomás Maestre there is a sports centre with tennis courts, padel and five-a-side football, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight training...

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, confirmation is required before booking and an extra fee of €30 applies.

Keys are collected at the Spanish Connection office in Cabo de Palos. Details will be confirmed before arrival.
