This charming countryside villa is ideally located between the traditional town of Andratx and the vibrant harbour of Port d’Andratx, offering a peaceful setting while remaining close to some of Mallorca’s finest restaurants, beaches and attractions.

Accommodating up to 6 guests, the house offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat, making it a great choice for families or groups of friends looking to explore the southwest of Mallorca.

Inside, the house features a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, as well as a cosy lounge with a TV and wood-burning fireplace. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms: a double bedroom on the ground floor, next to a bathroom with a shower, and two further bedrooms upstairs, consisting of a double room and a twin room that share a second full bathroom.

Outside, guests can enjoy a charcoal barbecue area, spacious gardens and a large lawn where children can play freely.

Die Finca macht auf den Foto einen super Eindruck, was es leider jedoch nicht ist. Überall Ameisen, im gesamten Gebäude. An der unteren Dusche ist der Duschkopf total verkalkt, an der oberen Wanne fehlte der Vorhang, so das man nicht normal duschen konnte. Die Küche war total verdreckt incl. das gesamte Geschirr. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht richtig. Eine Vorhangstange kam beim Verschieben des Vorhang aus der Halterung und flog auf den Kopf unserer Tochter. Dies wurde so schlecht montiert, dazu fällt mir selbst nichts ein. Der Grill draußen sollte ein Weber Gasgrill sein, was es leider auch nicht war und wir uns darauf fokussiert haben, stattdessen war es ein total vergammelter Kohlegrill wo einem der Appetit vergangen ist. Daneben lag das auf den Stühlen die Kotze von Katzen, ein Traum sag ich da nur. Das Tor für die Hofeinfahrt war noch um so besser, mehrmals täglich brauchte man bis zu 15 min. bis das elektrische Tor geschlossen war. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass der Eigentümer weiß, in was für einem schlechten Zustand sich deine Finca befindet.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations, and we would like to clarify a few points. Regarding the barbecue, there was a misunderstanding on our side when confirming the type available, and we apologize for the confusion. The property has a built-in brick barbecue, which is also clearly shown in the property photos. As the house is located in a rural setting, ants can occasionally appear, particularly when food is left outside the refrigerator or containers are not properly sealed. They can appear within just a few hours. For the same reason, we recommend not leaving rubbish in the bin for more than one day, especially in warmer weather. Regarding the shower bar, we were not informed of this issue during your stay. Had we known, we would have been happy to inspect it promptly and arrange a solution. The entrance gate issue was caused by small stones from the property's dirt access road becoming lodged in the gate rails. The safety system detects them as an obstruction and prevents the gate from closing. This issue was attended to and resolved during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and take it seriously, as it helps us continue improving the experience we offer our guests.

This gorgeous private villa is tucked away in the countryside but only a couple of miles away from beaches and Andratx. We wanted peace and relaxation which is exactly what it offers. We booked very last minute and communication with Sharon was brilliant. We arrived late in the evening and were met by Salvador who kindly provided some essential supplies! We were a family of 4 and found the house incredibly comfortable and spacious. There is aircon in the bedrooms and you can open doors and windows and benefit from a lovely breeze. The garden is beautiful and very secluded. There are a choice of areas where you eat undercover and shade from the sun. The pool is perfect and where we spent most of our time chilling out. We love this area of Mallorca. The port is great to wander around in the evening and there are a multitude of great places to eat a short drive away. Everyone we met from the rental company were delightful and we can’t wait to go back.

We, a four member Family, had a wonderful stay at your Finca in June, July of this year. The location is great, near enough to Porto D’andratx to reach it on foot, but also with the advantage that you can turn up the poolside music due to the secluded location up in the hills. The finca is quite a distance away from the next neighbours, so a very exclusive location indeed.Very spacious, very tidy & well kept, with a beautiful garden.The Finca has a very generous pool complex, an outside grill area, very spacious rooms, quite a good WLAN connection (but not excellent depending on where you are), there are many outdoor seating .There are two double beds in two separate rooms, two single beds & also a bathroom upstairs & downstairs. Salvador is a great agent to deal with & a very pleasant man to speak with generally. He reacts immediately if something is not “spot on”, we have rented the Finca twice to date, we will definitely be coming back!!Claudia &Gary

Summer 2021

We had a lovely stay here in August. Villa is very comfortable, everything that we needed. Pool and garden area are fabulous. Sharon and Salvatore were really helpful with any queries we had. We didn't hire a car and it may have been better to do this as it is in between Andratx and Port D'Andratx and takes 35/40 minutes to walk to supermarket. Taxis are available but slightly takes the spontaneity out of it, not a criticism of the villa or the information we were given, just a comment. We had a lovely holiday. Many thanks

“This house is a wonderful place to be in the hills near Andratx. We loved the view from the terrace and the clear water pool and the hose is nice, very clean and well furnished. It is just a 10 min drive to the restaurants in Port Andratx, 15 min to nice little beaches and we recommend to go on hikes in the area. Thank you, Salvador and the team of Spain rentals, everything in this vacation was well organized and check in uncomplicated .
