2 Bedroom Apartment With Stunning Views Of Woolacombe Beach & Lundy Island
Situated in an elevated position, this spacious two bedroom second floor apartment offers wonderful views of the award winning Woolacombe beach, Lundy Island and the North Devon coastline.
A network of coastal footpaths are available on your doorstep and the property is a short drive away from the small hilltop village of Mortehoe, Ilfracombe with its picturesque harbour, Lee Bay with its excellent rock pools, Exmoor National Park and the remaining Golden Coast beaches of Croyde and Saunton.
Woolacombe village with its selection of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants is a 15 minute downhill walk (allow extra time for the journey home!)
The apartment comprises of two bedrooms sleeping up to four guests, a spacious living room with sea views and small balcony where you can enjoy a glass of chilled wine while you watch the sun go down, a fully fitted modern kitchen, main bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room, a further twin bedroom with sea views and fitted wardrobes and a large family bathroom with a four piece suite.
There is off road designated parking for one car plus additional overflow parking for one further car.
Children's playground nearby, shop and bar 100 metres walk.

Why they chose this property
With its numerous beaches and some of the best countryside in the South of England, the Woolacombe area has always been our 'go to' destination when holidaying in the UK. When this property with its stunning view came on the market in early 2019, we jumped at the chance to purchase it. The location is ideal - situated high enough on the hill to watch the sun set over Woolacombe beach and Lundy Island and yet just a short walk to the Woolacombe village and the beautiful sandy beach.
