1 x Double Bed & 1 X Twin Bed Room.
Travel Cot c/w matress.
Air Con. to Bed 1, Bed 2 & Lounge areas. Lounge with 58” Smart TV.
Dining area.
Kitchen - well equiped.
1st floor balcony to front and rear. 1st floor bathroom & Ground floor shower room.
Rear Patio area.
Free Wi-Fi. Communal BBQ area at end of pool.
Gated Development, 5/ 10 mins. drive to local beach, 15 mins drive to Albufeira, 25 mins drive to Lagos.
Communal Pool & Childrens Pool.
All Linen & Towels provided. 2024 we renewed the whole of the A/C system, renewed the dishwasher, renewed the microwave, renewed the toaster and kettle. 2025 we have renewed the pumps and filters to swimming pools, we have also installed a new 58” Smart TV in the lounge.

Perfect location

It was a great experience. The directions were very clear and helpful from the owners. We would totally stay again, it was a great location for site seeing and eating at local places. We walked, drove and used uber to travel. The beach was less than a 10 minute drive and the pool was great. The whole property is well thought out and had everything we needed.

Amazing place

The property is amazing, perfect place to stay with family and friends, cleaning was impecable. My daughter loved going to the pool at 7AM. If I ever return I will look for this property again.

Perfect accommodation for chilling and enjoying Portugal. Swimming pool was just a few steps from your door and was brilliant. Added bonus there were bikes available for us to ride to the beach. WiFi was ok for browsing internet. A perfect holiday.

Absolutely brilliant property

This is a home from home property and is a total credit to the hosts, they have thought of everything to make our holiday one of the best short stay holidays(7 days) we’ve had. It has much more than in the advertisement, especially the luxurious towels, it really is like a 5 star hotel accommodation!! We hope to return next year.

Despite problems with the gate at check in, the many ants in the house and the broken cupboard, we had a very pleasant stay. The communication with the owners was quick and polite. We can definetely recommend it to others.

The owners are very nice and quick to respond to questions. The House ist well equipped, very Clean and spacious. Still, ants found their way through little Cracks/spaces in the wall. The Main complaint ist Not about the House but about the Pool (which ist Not in the responsibility of the owners but still contributed to our decision for this place). Unfortunately, the pump broke and the Pool started to get cloudy and later really dirty which results in rapid bacteria growth. Our daughter developed a severe rash over her whole Body after swimming in this water. So we couldn't use the Pool the last 3 days of our stay. The Administration didn't Put Up any signs or hand Out Information or didn't Close the Pool. Neighbours told us, Pool Problems already happend before, so chances are this might Happen again. So we wouldn't Go there again (because of the Pool, Not because of the House!)

A casa e localização são boas. No entanto, a invasão constante de uma imensidão de formigas na casa (camas, roupeiro, na comida que se encontrava a descongelar, no sofá e até a saírem pelo botão do autoclismo da casa de banho do piso superior) a estadia tornou-se um pequeno inferno.Já agora, sugeria o fornecimento de mais pratos rasos, pois a máquina da loiça nem sempre fica cheia só com uma refeição.

Das melhores experiências que tivemos nos últimos anos. O anúncio caracteriza com exactidão a villa em bom estado, muito bem equipada, com AC em todas as divisões, banheira de hidro-massagem, wifi, tv, 4x bicicletas, a piscina quase privada com a água mais cristalina que me lembro. Hemos estado muy comodos en este apartamento. Vijamos con nuestros hijos de dos y tres años. El complejo es familiar y muy tranquilo. Wir hatten die 2 Wochen einen Mietwagen, Pera als Ausgamgspunkt für Touren war ideal. Schöner weitläufigen Stand in 3,5 Km Entfernung. Objekt mit Pool ohne Beanstandung, Kontakt mit Vermieter über FeWo war unproblematisch und freundlich. Gelungener Urlaub, können das Objekt bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Estivemos 12 dias nesta propriedade e gostamos muito. O proprietário esteve sempre disponível para responder as nossas questões. A casa é exactamente como está no anúncio. Estávamos um pouco preocupados com o barulho que se poderia ouvir por causa da estrada mas foi uma preocupação infundada. Obrigatório carro para ir para a praia. Com restaurantes nas imediações com preços muito acessíveis.

Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis bien dans la maison! La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description.Tres bien équipée.Nous avons apprécié aussi les vélos,la piscine très agréable.
