Meraviglioso /Wunderbar

Wer die steilen Treppen in den 6. Stock gut schafft, den erwartet ein sehr schönes, niedliches, liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement mit fantastischem Ausblick. Wir waren zu dritt (2 Erw., 1 erw. Tochter) hier für 5 Tage und haben es in vollsten Zügen genossen. Das Bett ist bequem und man schläft mit Wellenrauschen ein. Sehr bequemes Sofa zum Lesen oder ähnliches. Auf dem Balkon kann man mit 3 Personen etwas eng , aber gut zusammen sitzen und die Bucht und das Strandleben unter sich beobachten und geniessen. Die Küche ist klein, es ist aber alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir haben sie täglich genutzt. Vielleicht das einzige Manko ist der sehr langsame Wasserablauf in Dusche und Waschbecken. Sonst alles top, zudem sehr nette Begrüßung und Kontakt zu Paolo, dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Wir denken Preis/Leistung ist ok.

Toller Ausblick! direkt am Meer ! (ca 5-6.Stock)

Schöne, Wohnung mit kleiner Küche, toller Ausblick. 5/6ter Stock ohne Aufzug ersetzt den Sport, kein W-Lan und keine Klimaanlage, dafür aber Balkon mit wirklich atemberaubendem Ausblick und mitten drin!

SI PUÒ FARE DI PIÙ

Purtroppo non si tratta de 4 piano come descritto nell'annuncio ma del SESTO!!! Se avessero scritto la verità non lo avremmo prenotato. La cucina meglio non utilizzarla. Manca la lavastoviglie ed è molto datata. Abbiamo preso una tazzina ed era ancora sporca di caffè. Ci siamo fermati li. Mancanza di climatizzatore ok, lo sapevamo, ma almeno fateci trovare i ventilatori puliti. Impossibile da descrivere. Sembravano recuperati da una cantina chiusa da 100 anni, quindi inutilizzabili ( nel sottotetto fa caldissimo). Il bagno piccolissimo, non funzionale. Solo 2 ganci appesi alla porta, nessun piano d'appoggio. Piccola finestrella, niente bidet. Tutto molto stretto. Un vero peccato perché la posizione è ottima se solo ci fossero le condizioni per poter usufruire appieno dell'appartamento. Io consiglierei di modificare l' indicazione con il numero del piano perché la sorpresa non l'abbiamo gradita. Vista spettacolare.
