This is a detached villa with garden on 4 sides, with 8 + (2 on request) beds has 3 parking spaces and covered motorcycle spaces, remains in a housing development called Porto Columbu and is 5 km from the center of Pula, remains at about 150 meters from the sea. The villa is on one floor raised from the ground by two steps, and has a lounge with sofas and bookcase and a dining area with a large extendable table with up to 10 seats and a fireplace and the kitchen is open with a table divided into masonry to make breakfast, the kitchen has all the accessories as if you were at home, has a washing machine, dishwasher, small appliances, dishes, services and cutlery for dining. In colder periods there is a fireplace and various electric stoves; it also has an air-conditioned area both in the living area and in the sleeping area. The garden is taken care of every week by the trusted gardener, at the check in and at the check out our attendant will be present who will give you the indications that you will request.
