Near by - 17 miles from Hunter and Windham Mountains and 18 miles to Belleayre . Enjoy Breweries, Restaurants, boating, swimming, tubing (water & snow), hiking, pool, golfing, ice skating, fishing, water park, snowmobiling, etc.

Beautiful place. Everything was as expected. We had an excellent July weather and enjoyed many close by trails including Kraterskills. The home itself has many games and a lot of outdoor area if you just want to laze around and relax. The house has everything we needed and Rick was very helpful with any questions we had. Overall, a great stay.

Fabulous secluded getaway for two or many. Property is quaint and thoughtful with plenty of acreage and isolation. Great room is cozy. Lots of natural light. Sauna was a special touch. Rick was a gracious host and an excellent communicator overall. Will do again!

Everything was perfect! Hot tub and sauna were awesome. Enjoyed playing pool and foosball. Any questions I had were addressed immediately by our host. The fireplace was so cozy while we watched TV or played games. I loved it here and hope to come back again in the spring.

This is officially our favorite house we’ve rented with Vrbo-definitely the best equip kitchen of all time. Rick was super nice guiding us through the check-in process and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the grounds. Such a beautiful time to be in New York in the ski area and just such a restful quaint experience for our family. The house was so well equipped and comfortable that we just enjoyed hanging out and enjoying Thanksgiving and the beautiful views. I can’t say enough wonderful things – thank you so much for loaning us your house for Thanksgiving! We would definitely love to come back again!

Great house for friends

This house was perfect for my group of four friends on a hiking trip. The house had everything we needed to cook and grill, and plenty of towels and blankets. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do on our trip and the hot tub was a great bonus.

Lovely little holiday getaway to celebrate the new year. The spacious house and beautiful property provided the perfect opportunity for four bookworms who just wanted to get away, read by the fire, and enjoy nature for a few days

Rain or shine, a perfect home!

We had a lovely time in the Catskills, exploring and hiking, and hanging at the house! The house is very, very comfy, and on clear nights we took advantage of the perfectly clean hot tub and the fire pit. When it rained, we had a great time in the basement playing pool and ping,- pong. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and nights were quiet and peaceful for sleeping in the very comfortable bed. Rick was a great host, always available for questions, warm and friendly!
