Just two and a half hours from New York City. 14 miles to Hunter and Windham Ski Resorts. 18 miles to Belleayre ski Resort, 28 miles to Plattekill ski resort. This house is in just the right location. Close to all yet located on a quiet country road away from other houses. With property that borders state land, you can relax next to a scenic stream just 50 feet from the property. This modern three bedroom ranch has all the amenities.

This was a great weekend escape! The house was very clean and exactly as shown in the listing, with just a few cosmetic flaws. The hot tub was hot upon arrival, Rick was responsive when I couldn't figure out how to turn on the indoor fireplace. (the button is flat on the screen!) Loved the game room and exceptionally random selection of VHS and DVDs to watch. All the necessary kitchenware and very nice coffee maker provided (no tea bags/coffee - just a few kurig pods so BYO!) The only weird thing was we kept finding random lady bugs in the house? But over all a great cozy retreat!

This property was amazing! It was perfect for our family group. The kitchen is spacious and updated, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the game room downstairs was a huge hit! The house was clean and obviously well cared for. The adults enjoyed the hot tub, and the kids loved the games and the outdoor pond with lots of frogs. Rick is a great host, and very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again! Thank you Rick!

Fun Catskills Visit

Nice property with plenty of amenities to host us and our two grandsons. Comfortable beds. Pool table and air hockey table in the basement were very popular. Pretty well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was nice but most of the jets weren’t working. Quiet setting but close to Prattsville and Hunter. We had a nice stay.

Perfect base for ski weekend

The house was clean and cozy and a perfect base camp for a weekend of skiing at belleayre. It’s about 20 min from the mountain and had a cozy couch to relax and watch a movie on after a day on the slopes with kids.

An amazing place to stay for a ski trip. The house is close to both Windham and Hunter Mtn (about 15-20 min to either). Rick was super responsive and the house had everything to make our stay comfortable!

Great Holiday Getaway

Perfect stay

We stay at this property every year. It’s in a perfect private location and has a hot tub. We brought our dog so the enclosed deck was perfect. Hunter only 15 minutes away and hiking and west kill brewery not too far down the road. The house is spacious and clean we will be back next year!

Amazing getaway from it all with spectacular views and lots of stuff to do and relax

This way an amazing getaway to chase last snow of the season. The place is secluded and close enough to everything. You don’t event have to leave the place if you want - you have a huge terrace with a beautiful Mountain Views, hot tub, jacuzzi, games, grill and welcoming home inside. We will be back in no time ti explore spring and summer in Catskills.

We loved our stay at Ricks place! We went after our wedding to get away and unwind for a couple days. The house was great! Lovely view, hot tub, plenty of space and things to do. Cozy Clean mountain House

This house was the cleanest house I have rented. It made my husband and I feel right at home. There were plenty of seating areas inside and out. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Rick was a great host and very communicative.
