Linares Summerhouse is a two-level, 220 sq.m residence with a 100 sq.m garden, sea view terraces, and barbeque.

Linares Summerhouse can accommodate up to 8 guests in 5 bedrooms. It offers fantastic sea and sunset views and outdoor dining capabilities with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen/barbeque. Easy access to the beach (3min walking distance), local taverns, beach bars, and the Grand Resort Lagonissi& Spa. 30 min driving distance to major archaeological sites (Acropolis and Temple of Poseidon in Sounio).

Near the sea

Lovely property, good location for views of sea. We were in Athens every day so the travel was not great. For us being closer to Athens would have been better. In warm weather this property would be great.

Chill out house near the beach

Kostas is a wonderful host and very helpful. We were the first renters of the season and a few items were needed. He delivered them quickly. On the last day he called a cab for us. The house has a lovely front garden with eating and lounging areas. Some play items for small children. You can walk or drive to several nearby beaches. The small town is a 15 minute walk or quick drive to restaurants etc. It's a sleepy area but you can easily get to Voula or Glyfada for more shopping, bars etc.
