The property was great and semi-easy to get to. Host had everything set up nicely! The only thing is that we had to go buy small fans as there are no ceiling fans. If anyone has to sleep on the fold out sofa, beware there are no curtains or blinds covering the windows.

Nice property downtown within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Also was a good base for us to explore Mesa Verde and Silverton. I was worried about parking in the garage because of my oversized SUV but the space was more than adequate to easily park our vehicle. Did not notice much noise like I had read in some reviews. The residence was safe and secure. All in all it was a good stay. We would recommend.

Wonderful accomodations

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mears House. The condo was very nicely layed out, easy to get to, secure and within walking distance to downtown for shopping and the train.

We loved staying at this apartment in Downtown Durango! It was super cozy during the cold weather and easy to access. Great kitchen space for guests who love to cook! We will definitely be staying here again.

Great getaway in an awesome location.

Great property and the dedicated covered parking is awesome! Only reason for 4 stars is the upstairs neighbors were loud when walking around and their kid ran laps back and forth from 6am untill 11pm (while we were inside)

Perfect location

We really appreciated being so close to Main Street, the train, and our fav restaurants. The property manager was amazing with great communication and kindness. The place was very clean and had all the right things in the kitchen too cook.

I Would Definitely Stay Here Again

Beautiful clean property in a great location. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and will be renting it again if we come back to the area. The only thing I would warn against is that the parking is a little tight so I wouldn’t recommend bringing a large vehicle.
