Very comfortable condo. Fully stocked with everything you would need! I do wish there were more window coverings upstairs. The hot tub is an easy walk across the parking lot but needs an update! It’s falling apart. Other than those 2 issues it was great and I would stay again!

The unit is clean, provides basic cable with current technology, has all the accessories needed for daily living and cooking. Due to a portion of the condos being on stilts, the actual unit itself is on the second level.

Great Family getaway

Our family of 4 had a simply amazing time staying at this property. The condo was great, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The close proximity to the pool area couldn't be beat. Our kids had an absolute blast!

It was a very nice place. My advice, read the property description better than I did. There are 2 flights of steps up to the place. And the Master bedroom is up one additional level. We didn't have any kitchen towels, but that wasn't an issue. Instructions for pool towels was misleading, they were not at the pool, but there were towels in the location. The pool was close by. There is plenty of parking, and we were lucky to be able to park right by the stairs to our location.

Very nice place

This was just as advertised and perfect for our family of 5. The location in Durango was convenient to everywhere we went. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and we had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent condo near Ft Lewis College

Loved our stay here. All that Durango offers within close driving distance. Condo is well-maintained. Kitchen well-stocked. during a heat wave, was nice to have air-conditioning, close to common area pool. Would stay again. Communication with owner/management was easy and responsive.
