We have come to The Celtic for 25 years and have rented this apartment for several years before the owner offered to sell it to us.
Because of the unobstructed view, the ideal location right next to the beach, and the ease use, we have decided to acquire it as tertiary residence for us, our children, and our future grand children.
The previous owner rented it, and we decided to do the same for the periods when we did not occupy it.
