Luminous floor all exterior with sea views, bedroom with double bed and wardrobe with hangers, living room with sofa bed of 1.35 and TV, large kitchen with all amenities and bathroom accessories. Parking space included. It also has a terrace of 17 square meters where you can spend good moments of relaxation.

Located in a very quiet area, in private grounds with swimming pool.

Less than 200 meters there is a supermarket and near the access to the highway and 500 meters bus stop. The beach is 700 meters away where there is the promenade with all kinds of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, beach bars. There is a shopping center at a kilometer and a half. Airport at 27 km all highway (20 minutes).

Fidèle à l'annonce

Très bel appartement fidèle à l’annonce. Bien entretenu ainsi que l’immeuble. Calme et à proximité de nombreux commerces et de la plage qui occupe toute la longueur de la ville. Par contre il faut grimper pour revenir de la ville alors il faut avoir de bonnes jambes ou une voiture (mais ça c’’est un détail par rapport à la qualité du produit). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Karl qui de plus nous a bien renseignés.

Cómodo y tranquilo

Muy cómodo y tranquilo. Perfecto para dos o tres personas. La piscina y propiedad excelentes. Sólo se hace cuesta arriba la vuelta desde el pueblo, pero son 5 minutos. Ademas, muy cerca hay de todo, supermercados, restaurantes y la playa. Muy limpio y una fantástica atención de los propietarios que hacen todo más fácil.

El apartamento es muy acogedor, con todos los servicios necesarios, bastante seguro y tranquilo. Los propietarios han sido muy serviciales y atentos, respondiendo a nuestras necesidades a cualquier hora. Situado en zona céntrica, cerca de dos súper mercados, playa cercana. El pueblo es precioso, con mucho ambiente y con zonas tranquilas a la vez. Volveríamos a repetir sin duda.
